On the day of the father daughter dance Doug cleaned up, dressed up nicely of course wore the special tie Isla bought him, and sprayed on some of his best cologne.
Isla wore a beautiful new dress with flowers on the bottom, and brand new shoes her grandmother bought her.
"Oh Isla Rose, you look stunning!" Catherine smiles as she takes a seat on Jessica's bed.
"Thank you! Mommy did my hair!"
"It's gorgeous."
"Thanks! Oh my purse! I almost forgot the purse mommy bought me!"
"I've got it right here." Jessica hands it to her.
"Thank you mommy."
Catherine smiles and lays her hand on her bump. "My baby girl is growing up so fast."
"I know!" Jessica pouts. "I want you to stay little forever, Isla bug."
"I can't do that." Isla nods.
"Well can't you try?"
"Um, No."
Jessica and Catherine laugh.
Sarah then walks into the room. "Oh my goodness!!"
Isla laughs. "I know, I know. I'm so beautiful!" She rolls her eyes.
"Oh geez." Jessica says.
"Isla, you look like a princess!"
"Yeah! Mommy and aunt Sarah, thank you for letting me borrow your daddy." Isla says sweetly.
"Aw!" Sarah pouts.
"Isla buuuug. He's your Poppy. He'll do anything for you." Jessica says.
"Like buy me a pony?" She smiles.
"You're afraid of my dog and you want a pony? Really, Isla?" Sarah says.
"Yeah so?"
Catherine laughs. "She sounds like Jessica."
"Cause I'm her daughter. DUH!"
"Hey stop that." Jessica says.
"Well I've gotta go. Bye Gaga."
Catherine leans over and kisses Isla's cheek. "Bye baby. Have fun."
"I will! Bye bye baby girl!" Isla's voice goes high as she kisses her bump.
Catherine smiles.
"Bye aunt Sarah."
"Bye! Dance your booty off!"
"Oh I will!"
"Bye mama."
"Bye sweets." Jessica kisses her. "I'm gonna walk you downstairs."
"Okay." Isla shrugs.

"Hey look! Danny's here! Hi Danny!"
"Hey babe!" Jessica smiles.
"Hi! Isla I bought you something for your first dance."
"Yay! A present?!"
"Yeah! Here you go."
"Thank you, Danny!" Isla opens the box and gasps. "Diamonds! Can I wear it now?"
Danny chuckles and says, "Yeah! You want me to help you put it on?"
"Yes please!"
"Aw he's so sweet! Did you buy me something, Danny?" Jessica asks.
