The next morning.
Sarah came over and went up to Jessica's room.
"Hey!"
"Hi.."
"What's wrong? You look rough. Did you sleep last night?"
"No."
"What happened?"
"I just couldn't get comfortable."
"I'm sorry. What else is wrong? I can tell it's something."
Jessica sighs.
"What is it?"
"I asked them if I could keep the baby."
"You did?" Sarah raises her brows. "What did they say?"
"They said no."
"It's your baby. Why should they have a say?"
"I don't know. Because they're in charge of me?"
"But you are in charge of this one." Sarah rubs her belly.
"I love her so much, Sarah. I just don't know what to do."
"I wish there was something I could do."
"There's nothing.."

Christmas morning.
Jessica sat up in bed just talking to her baby girl.
"Merry Christmas, Isla! I'm gonna go to Sarah's later, and I promise to eat lots of yummy treats so you can have the best Christmas ever! I know you're not out yet, but it's technically your first Christmas, and mommy plans to spoil you! So let me know exactly what treats you want, okay?"
The baby kicks and Jessica giggles.
"I'm glad you understand."

Jessica was forced to spend a few hours at Billy's bother's house, but now that that was out of the way, she was off to Sarah's.
"She's here!" Sarah runs to Jessica.
"Yeah I-" Jessica stops when Sarah hugs her belly.
"Wow. You were talking about Isla. Not me."
Sarah laughs and hugs Jessica. "I meant both of you! Come on, let's get you two some real food."
Jessica follows Sarah and sees Danny next to the food.
"Jess!"
"Hey Danny!" She smiles.
"Merry Christmas."
"Thanks, Merry Christmas to you too!"
"How are you feeling?"
"Hungry!" Jessica giggles.
"Well eat up, momma." Danny hands her a plate.
Jessica chuckles and takes the plate.

Jessica, Danny and Sarah all sat together in the living room.
"Jess.. I have a question."
"What is it, Sarah?"
"Would it be okay if I bought the baby a Christmas present?"
"Of course." Jessica smiles. "I'll just give it to her parents.."
