The last day of school.
Jessica walks down stairs with Isla. She had a smile on her face and she was ready for the day.
"Well good morning, smiley." Catherine smiles.
"Good morning, Mommy!" Jessica smiles and hugs her.
Catherine chuckles. "Excited about the last day of school?"
"Yes! After today I will be a senior!"
"I can't believe I'm going to have two seniors and a newborn." Catherine places her hand on her now noticeable bump.
Jessica laughs. "He's gonna keep you young, momma."
"You really want a boy, don't you?"
"Yes! And he's gonna love me." She smiles.
"No Mama! Gaga's baby is a girl!" Isla sways.
"Well I'll love a girl too! But I don't know how Poppy will take the news." She laughs.
"He'll lose his shit." Sarah chimes in.
"HIS SHIT!" Isla shouts.
"Sarah please stop cussing in front of her."
"Why? She sounds so cute saying bad words." Sarah chuckles.
"You just wait until you have kids. I'm gonna teach them all kinds of bad stuff."
"They're gonna learn it from me anyway." She shrugs.
Jessica nods her head. She then smiles when she hears the door. "DANNY'S HERE!" Jessica ran to the door like a kid to greet him.
"Hey beautiful."
Jessica giggles and hugs Danny tightly. "Hi buddy."
Danny chuckles and kisses her head.
"Hey Nooo!" Jessica looks up to him and frowns.
"What?"
"Lips." She puckers.
Danny smiles and kisses her lips.
"Okay Okay! Stop kissing! I've gotta go to school so I can come home and watch my movies." Isla interrupts.
"The girl has plans." Danny says.
Jessica giggles. "I guess so."

Jessica had the day off today. After school Danny, Jessica, and Sarah drove over to five guys and ate before picking Isla up from school.
"Hey Sarah. . . can I ask you something?"
"Sure Jess."
"Evan.."
Sarah sighs. "What about him?" She immediately sounds defensive.
"Sar, I love you and. . . I know you know about Evan.."
"That he's my boyfriend?"
Jessica rolls her eyes. She and Danny have been trying to get her away from Evan for months. They feel he's not right for Sarah, and they're not a fan of how he treats her.
"Sarah, he drinks and he smokes! You're not like that."
"Jessica please stop."
"Sarah, you're sister and my best friend. . . I don't like the way he speaks to you. I don't like anything about him."
"Well it's a good thing you're not dating him." Sarah says with a fake smile.
"Sar, come on. Jessica just cares about you. I do too. You know he's no good." Danny says.
"I know you're a jerk." Sarah slouched in her seat with her arms crossed, and a mean look on her face.
"What if something happens?" Sarah says. Her eyes tearing up. "I don't want him hurting you or getting you into trouble."
"You know what?" Sarah scoffs and stands, grabbing her things. "I think you both need to stop worrying about me. I am fine. Evan loves me and he would never put me in any danger. Jessica, I think you should worry about yourself. At least I'm not dating my fucking cousin."
The look Sarah had in her eyes really hurt Jessica.
Sarah stormed out and Jessica turned to Danny with tears slowly running down her cheeks.
"Don't listen to her. We're not blood!" Danny smiles.
Jessica rolls her eyes. "Danny, I'm scared. You heard the way he spoke to her earlier. I'm just worried about her. She helped me when I needed her, and I just want to do the same."
Danny sighs and wraps his arm around Jessica. "I know. You have a good heart, baby. I worry about her too but. . . she's a big girl, and she's stubborn. If she doesn't want to listen to us then she'll learn the hard way. Don't worry about it."
"I'm gonna worry about it."
"Don't. You should be worried that you said she was your best friend and not me."
Jessica laughs through her tears. "You're not my best friend."
"Oh you are a damn liar."
Jessica giggles and leans against him.
"You are the sweetest, most loving and caring. . the most beautiful, Sexy ass woman I have ever met in my entire life."
"Ooh! I'm a woman now?" Jessica chuckles softly as she wipes her cheeks.
"Well-" Danny chuckles. "You sure do have all the parts.
Jessica laughs. "I love how you make me laugh even when I'm sad."
"I love how you make me want to rip your clothes off no matter what mood you're in."
Jessica laughs and pushes him away. "Stop it! Come on, we gotta get the baby."
"Yeah and let's take her somewhere to celebrate her last day of school."
"Aww." Jessica smiles. "Like where?"
"Dave and Busters!" He smiles.
"I think you're the one that really wants to go there, babe."
"Well Yeah! But she's gonna have a blast."
". . I don't know. I'm worried about Sarah."
"She's okay. A mess and meany, but she's okay."
"I hope so." Jessica takes a deep breath and smiles softly. "Alright. Let's go."
"Let's go get MY best friend." Danny says making Jessica laugh.
"Alright already, Daniel!"
