That evening Jessica got dropped off at the Huston's house.
"Jessie!"
"Hi Anjelica!"
"My Danny's got bo bo's." She pouts and pokes her face.
"I know." Jessica pouts. "My poor baby!"
"Hims not a baby!" Anjelica laughs.
"Mommy calls him baby all the time. Danny calls her funny stuff too." Isla says. "Like sweet butt and stuff like that."
"Isla! Stop that." Jessica chuckles.
"Sweet butt!" Anjelica laughs.
Just then Danny walks into the room.
"Hi girls." He smiles.
"Hi Danny." Jessica smiles softly.
"Hi! Oh no! Danny, you look terrible!" Isla makes a face.
"Well thank you!"
Jessica chuckles. "Isla, be nice! How do you feel, babe?"
"I feel better now that you're here."
"You are so cheesy, Huston." Jessica chuckles as Danny wraps his arms around her.

Isla is sleeping with Anjelica, meaning Danny and Jessica have his room to themselves.
"So I was with my parents earlier, and I was spending some time with Holly."
"That's good!"
"Yeah and I had this really cool idea!" Jessica smiles.
Danny was so happy to see her beautiful smile.
"What is it?"
"I'm going to work with girls like me. Girls who were sexually assaulted. Girls who no one wanted. Girls who are damaged. I want to help them."
"Wow. Jessica, I think that's incredible for you! I'm so proud of you."
Jessica smiles. "Thank you."
"We're gonna have to start thinking about college soon I guess."
"Yeah. . I'm gonna stay here. It took me so long to find a family. Now that I have one, I don't wanna leave. Maybe that's silly, but I just don't want to. Especially now that Holly is here. I don't want to miss out on her growing up."
"That's understandable. I think it's a great idea."
"I will miss you though."
"What? I never even said I was going anywhere." Danny chuckles softly.
"No but I know how much Austin means to you. I know it's your dream to be a Longhorn."
"You mean more to me than that."
"Well I'll still be here. You're going to that school, babe."
"I don't wanna leave you."
Jessica smiles softly and gently plays with his hair as she looks deep into his eyes.
"We don't have to think about all that right now. Just know I support you. And I promise to make it to some of your games."
"If I go I may not even be on the team."
"You?! Oh honey, yes you will. You're a great player."
"Thanks." He smiles.
Jessica giggles cutely.
