Chapter 49~ After math

(A/N: gonna be a short chapter.. Just letting you know now.)

Tobias POV
I wake up to the sun coming in through the window, you can see the last of the color from the sunset still trailing in the sky. There's a few surfers out on the water but other then that it's pretty much cleared out. I roll over but tris isn't snuggled beside me. Her side is cold and bare, the smell of her lavender lotion she always puts on before bed isn't there. I sit up and wake up a bit more. I throw the comfy and warm blanket off of me, my feet hit the hard wood floors and instantly they turn cold. I grab socks and a shirt and throw them on.

I see that the bathroom door that is normally open is closed and that light is seeping through the crack of the door at the bottom. I walk over and open it up, revealing tris throwing up in the toilet. Her hairs in a very messy bun, and she honestly looks half asleep while puking her guts out. "Morning sunshine." I say smirking. Her eyes shift to look at me but no other part of her body moves. "Shut up." She croaks. I laugh but then she throws up again. I go sit down by her, leaning my back on the wall and rubbing her back. "This is disgusting. You should leave." She says.

"Nope. I've seen people throw up before, this is no difference. Second, there's no way you're getting rid of me." I say and she laughs. She stands and starts to brush her teeth. When she's done she turns to me and looks me straight in the eyes. "I am never drinking again." She says and I laugh.
