Tris POV
I wake the next morning with my head on Tobias's bare chest and a quilt pulled over us. I stretch and instantly I can tell that I'm definitely sore from last night. "Morning beautiful." Tobias's groggy voice whispers into my hair.

"Hey." I say turning to face him. He looks happier today, probably not thinking about the detention he has later. "How'd you sleep?" He asks playing with a strand of my golden hair. "Amazing. You?" I say drawing small circles on his chest. "Amazing as well. But now we should get up and get ready." He says. I groan, he gets up and slips his boxers on. I plop as I slide off his chest onto the couch. "I'm too tired to get ready." I say.

He chuckles, "I think lazy is the better word, but I'll pick out your outfit while you shower." He says. He goes into our bedroom and remind me to never let Tobias pick out my outfit!

He picked out a bright pink crop top, black short shorts, and black wedges. I look at him, the quilt wrapped around my bare body. "Yep, You're too lazy to pick a new one so go! You need to shower so we have time for breakfast." He says smirking. I moan and trudge into the bathroom.

-----Time Lapse---------

"Hey." Tobias says walking up to my locker. "Hey." I say back. I close my locker and face him. "After this period it's detention." He groans. "I'm sure you'll survive." I say. "Doubt It, I cant see you for a whole sixty minutes." He says. And that makes me think. "Maybe you will." I say with a smirk. He looks confused but I run with it. I walk backwards down the hallway still looking at him, I wave goodbye once I get to my class. I spot Uriah in the corner and I go over to him.

"Hey tris." He says. "Hey. Question for ya." I say setting my things down on the desk next to his. "How can I be of help?" He says smirking. "How do I get detention?" I ask. He looks at me oddly. "What?" "You've gotten detention tons of times-" "Five. only five times." He corrects me. "Whatever, but what can I do that would get me in?" I ask. "Well..."

"Alright class, take out your homework. You should all have your four page essay written and printed." My teacher says in the front of the classroom. I take my finished essay and stuff it in my bag. "Sir," I say raising my hand. He walks over to my desk. "I don't have it." I say. "Is it at home, and completed?" He asks. "No." I say. "One strike Ms. Prior, two more and you're out of here." He says.

"Alright open your textbooks to page 158." He says. I open my text book, 'Begin reading." He says and sits back at his metal desk in the front of the classroom, he says its better for him to be in front because he feels that he can see everyone and everything.

Obviously, that's not true. Instead of reading I start folding page after page, in different shapes and designs, almost like making snowflakes. "Ms. Prior?!?" He exclaims from behind me. I didn't realize he had gotten up, but this is part of the plan. "Strike two, next one and you have detention next period." Some people say he strict which he is, but right now that's what I need.

I eye Uriah and he nods. He gets up out of his seat and goes up to the teacher, grabs the bathroom pass (yes, we still have to use one) and leaves the room. I pretend to read while waiting two minutes then he barges back in and grabs the teacher.

"There's one overflowing!!" He exclaims. I know that that part of the plan was done, he had stuffed one with toilet paper so it would overflow and he could get the teacher out. I go up to the front of the class, half are still reading, the other half are looking at me like I' m nuts. I go into his also metal filing cabinet, an start rummaging through files. "Ms. Prior!!" I hear his voice yell.

I turn and see him in the doorway, Uriah stands holding back a laugh behind him. The bell rings and the kids get up and start to leave. "Detention, now!" He yells. On my way out I thank Uriah, he just smirks.

(A/N: not my best.. Hoping the next ones better!)
