Chapter 21~ Beach with the buddies

Tris POV
School finally ended and the girls came over to my house to get ready for our beach time. We all got new bikinis and we're doing our hair, make up and gossiped.

About 20 minutes later there was a knock at the front door. I opened it to reveal the guys, all dressed in their swim trunks. Tobias in a dark grey color, will in forest green, Zeke in royal purple (Shauna picked them out) and uriah in turquoise. (Marlene bought them for him)

"Wow! You guys look great!" Tobias says and I blush. "Ready girls??" Zeke asks and we all nod. We bring towels and tanning oil except we are only going to be in the sun for an hour. After that hour the sun begins to go down. We are taking two cars, Tobias's and Shauna's. I choose to ride in Tobias's car and uriah and Marlene join us. Zeke, will, chris, and Lynn go with Shauna.

After about a 30 minute drive, with blaring music and a nonstop talking uriah.. We arrive at the beach. It's not busy which is nice. The water is such a sparkling blue, it reminds me of Tobias's eyes. The sand is warm in between my toes. The girls and I pull out our towel and lay them out. Mine is black with white details, chris and Marlene have pink, Lynn has blood red, and Shauna has leopard print. The guys brought boring yellow towels and laid them out next to us.

"Come on let's get in!" Tobias says taking my hand and leading me to the water. He then picks me up and throws me over his shoulder. "Put me down!" I scream and he just laughs. "Four come on!" I scream but remember to say four instead of tobias. Then he drops me into the cold ocean. I come up to the surface. He stands there laughing and I splash water at him. "Hey!" He says and I splash more. We splash each other, getting soaked and laughing the entire time.

I never knew I could fall for someone so fast, but I did. Seeing him each day and especially today, makes me realize that. I've fallen for him and I'm never getting back up.
