Tobias POV
Light comes through the open window in out bedroom, it also allows a cool morning air to flow in. I'm holding Tris in my arms, we're both still bare from last night but we're comfortable.

My head rests nicely on top of hers and my left hand is laced with hers. I kiss the top of her head lightly and leave my lips there, lingering in her sweet smelling blonde hair.

I feel her stir in my embrace so I loosen my grip and she flips on her side to face me. "Morning Princess." I say, and she laughs. "Morning." She whispers.

"I'm still tried." She mumbles into her arm. "Then go back to sleep silly, we have a few hours till the ceremony." I tell her, since the graduation ceremony is at noon.

"Read me a story." She says and snuggles into me further.

"Chapter 3." I read softly and can't stop the smile growing on my face.

"The next day they went on their normal schedules, a normal day. Except something in the air was different, something had changed. They were official, that's what was different." I read.

" He couldn't keep his eyes off her that day, maybe it was because she wore such a striking blue. Or the fact that she was always on his mind. But truly it was because he wanted to make sure she was safe, that she was happy, that she was okay at every moment." I tell Tris. She's fallen back asleep but I see the edges of her mouth curve upward.

"That night their families got together and they didn't know that they'd be seeing the other. But like most surprises, it was a good one. " I say.

"She learned something about him that evening. Something huge and something he hid from most. But she embraced it, she excepted him even more that she already did." I read, remembering it like it was yesterday .

I look down at Tris and what I wrote here, I still believe to be true. She's learned so much then just my name, things that I could've lost her over. But she loved me more, excepted me more. And for that.. for that I love.

"That night, he got the thing he had grown up with. A beating. Something a father would never do to his own son, but in this household.. It was a usual thing." I say and shiver at the memories.

"But she came, and she helped. She healed and she mended. He know knew that things were going to get better or at least change. The beatings might still come, but he knew now he'd always have someone to turn to." I say and as I read that I look down at my sleeping beauty.

"Thank you." I whisper and kiss her head. I put the notebook on the nightstand and lean down towards her again.

"I love you my little saving grace." I whisper and close my eyes to fall asleep next to my true saving grace.

(A/N: Sorry for another short chapter! Do you like chapters like this??//// I'm just curious, what name would you like to see Zeke and Shauna name their daughter?? Not necessarily going to use the ones you listed but I was just wondering. Thanks everyone!)
