Chapter 11~ Fears and ferris wheels

Four/Tobias POV
I pull into the Parking lot and park, tris gets out and I grab her hand. She looks up to the sky which is painted orange and pink thanks to the sunset. I get us tickets and head towards the Ferris wheel. "It's so big!" She exclaims and I nod. We stand in line waiting, I keep looking up at the height of the wheel. I see we're next and i gulp. "What wrong??" Tris asks me. She must have realized i tensed up. "Heights.." I say. "Then why are we going on?? We don't have to!!" She says and I can tell she is full of compassion. "I want to, I want to go with you." I say and she blushes and smiles.

We get onto the cart, it's blue like the ocean. We feel a jerk and we're off. Tris laces her finger in mine which gives me some comfort. She leans her head on my shoulder and I can smell her hair, it smells of lilac. It fits her, even though she doesn't need it the scent is nice on her. We get closer to the top and my breathing gets heavier. Tris can tell and looks over at me. "Isn't the sky beautiful?" She says and I slightly nod. Her hand touches my cheek and she brings it closer to her. Then leans in. The taste of cherry fills my mouth again, I lick her bottom lip asking for entrance. She opens, my tongue slips in and twirls with hers. My right hand slides down her side as her arms are around my neck. It's a Passionate kiss, but I can feel all the love in it.

We pull back to breathe and she leans into my chest. I wrap my arms around her and all of my fear is gone. The ride slows and finally comes to a stop. We get off and I lead her back to the car. I tell her that we need to stop at her house and then there's one last stop. The sky still has traces of the color although it's getting darker. What I'm loving most right now, is the fact that she never let go of my hand.
