Chapter 34~ What the hell did I do??

Tobias POV
Ana Marie leaves but gives me a folded price of paper with her number on it. I turn around in my seat and zeke and uriah are walking up to me. The alcohol must be wearing off since I can remember their names. "What the fuck four?!" Zeke yells at me. Uriah stands behind him sending me death glares, if looks could kill. "Tris saw you!" He yells again. Tris.. Tris.. Tris. "Shit shit shit!" I mumble just realizing. I run out to the car, "You can't drive dude." Uriah says. "You know I didn't mean it! You know I'd never hurt her on purpose!" I say. The guys look at each other, "Yea.". They agree. "I'll drive." Zeke says. We all get in, me in back with my head in my hands, I don't even bother to buckle up. What the hell did I do?

We get back to the house and I don't bother to wait till they park the car, I run out and into the house. The girls are in the kitchen, tris isn't with them though. "Where's.. Tris?" I say out of breath. Christina walks over to me and looks me right in the eyes, then slaps me. Marlene does the same followed by Shauna. My cheek burns and is for sure red. "She's in the bedroom." Shauna says. I walk over to the door and rattle to locked door, I knock. I hear sniffles coming from the room and it breaks my heart. The door soon unlocks and I step in.

******Tris POV******
I'm a mess, I'm wearing one of his shirts with his scent on it, with some shorts underneath. It's probably not the best idea since I'm pissed and hurt by him but I need the bit of comfort. My make up is probably smeared all over my face and half of the bed is covered in tissues. I hear the rattling of the door knob and some knocking so I go unlock it thinking it's one of the girls. I was wrong, so wrong. Instead the man Who walks in and shuts the door behind him is... him. Tobias.

"Tris-" I cut him off. "What the hell do you want?" I ask. "Tris im sorry. I was drunk! I didn't mean it!" He says. "But you cheated on me.. You hurt me." I tell him. "I know I know and I'm sorry!" He says. "But you know me. You know that I wouldn't hurt you on purpose." He says and that's when I walk over to him.

"Do I? Do I know you?? I thought that you'd never cheat on me.. But I was wrong about that." I yell through the tears. "You said you loved me! You promised a forever and you just threw it away to a slut! I yell again. I can see the hurt and pain in his eyes. "Tris. He says. His eyes are red and tears are streaming his face, I remember seeing him like this the nights he got beat. "I'm sorry." He whispers. He knows that I'm not going to respond and he gets that he needs to leave me alone for a while. He walks out and I watch from my window.

I watch him stumble down the beach and fall to his knees, I fell as if the pain he's feeling is adding to my pain. But he cheated and I can't forget that. I look down at my promise ring, and it feels like its burning a hole not only in my finger but in my heart. I want to throw it at him or smash it in the ground, but I can't. I can't pull myself to do it.
