Title: 3/5

The title felt a bit overused and boring. It lacked some creativity that could give this book more personality. However, it was easy to remember, concise, and linked to the plotline.

Cover: 5/5

It was simple, linked to the main idea and the love interest of the story, was of great quality, and was made with a sense of professionalism and organization that helped create a pristine and eye-catching cover with good contrast colors and created a title that could stand out on the cover.

Description: 8/10

The plot gives a brief description of what the book is about and has a sense of humor and lightheartedness. However, I feel that the language/vocab used created a bit of a dry feel to the blurb and did not help intrigue me to read more.

Protagonist usage: 5/5

There was much use for both main love interests. It felt well-balanced, and I also love the use of side characters from both Yoongi and the Reader's sides. It created a very friendly vibe and added to the rom-com esc feel of the book.

Plot: 8/10

I am not a fan of rom-coms, but I did enjoy this book as it contained those nitty-gritty parts that leave you on the edge of your seats, the funny parts that have your stomach hurting, and those parts that have you shed tears. It was well-balanced and evenly paced throughout, but I would have preferred if there was a bit more extended dialogue or monologue, such as when the characters were talking to themselves, or if we get to see a bit more into it the character's personal feelings during a situation. I would have also liked a better use of flashbacks and flash-forwards/time changes.

Flow: 18/20

Aside from the little use of time changes, I did like the gradual pace of the story and how it was not too much of a slow burn, but it was also not fast-paced. It felt like the plot was getting somewhere and had an endgame to it without feeling like the plot was rushed, and there were holes in the logic and whatnot.

Character development:  8/10

I wish we got more insight into the characters' pasts and more into how they got to be the way they were so we can truly understand how they developed from day one, but otherwise, the development of the characters was well-paced and very well written out.

Grammar and vocals: 3/5

There was not a wide variety of vocab or punctuation used, but that did not have a huge impact on the writing itself as the story still had a good plot that I could follow along and enjoy. However, I would have also liked it if the writer had uncarpeted better paragraphing and a variety of sentence structures to give more texture and feel to the story.

Writing style: 8/10

The writing style is similar to some of my other favorite writers on Wattpad but has its unique flair. I am not into Rom-coms, so I was not a fan of some of the more intimate moments, but I did love the writing throughout the story, and the writer was able to switch up emotions so well between characters.

Overall: 3.5/5

Overall, the book was well-written, well-thought-out, and created with much effort, which is truly reflected in the book's plot, writing, and overall design.

Personal enjoyment: 3/5

I am not one for sappy rom-com books, but I enjoyed this one, and that is all thanks to the writer's way of making the book not sound as sentimental and overly romantic as some books are written to be.
