The story talks about a young boy known as Cloud who aspired to become the greatest pilgrim warrior in Agaroth (the first warrior realm of mankind) despite his flaws, however there is more that meets the eyes as Agaroth is on the brink of extinction...
Within Xondu forest, an explosive resonation took place and Cloud fell on his back while clutching his arm in pain. "That's enough!" Sting said, "You've done this technique more than 3 times now, and you haven't gotten anywhere." "When you are trying to master something, do you stick to a few trials or do you go beyond that?" Cloud asked weakly as he stood on his feet. "It is not the amount of times you tried it that is my concern. It is the part you look like you are about to collapse." Sting replied, "Your knees and your arms are shaking. Your eyes looks dim and… Hold on… Is that blood?" Cloud takes notice of his nosebleed and quickly wipes it off. "I'm fine. I can keep going." Cloud said. Cloud swiftly fell on his knees and started vomiting blood. Being done with the vomiting of blood, Cloud stood on his feet but Sting also took notice of his eyes bleeding as well. "Uh… Cloud… Your eyes…" Sting said. Cloud touched his eyes lids, sights the blood on his fingers and quickly wipes them off. "You weren't feeling the pain?" Sting asked. "No. But I'll be fine." Cloud said. "No, you won't." Sting replied, "You are overworking your body just like the previous days but unlike the other techniques, this one is killing you fast." "I can handle it." Cloud said. "Cloud!" Sting said with slight irritation. "When i was 9, my father tried to teach me this technique; he later wanted me to forget about it because he believed my body wasn't strong enough to handle the effects." Cloud said, "He told me when i am 15, 16 or above, i will get the technique and i will get it right but for some reason, he wanted to teach me more about the technique on my tenth birthday. I haven't tried to practice the formula one since then. I just waited for years so my body could mature to this point and while i was doing that, i spent some time trying to memorize the hand seals and how the technique is carried out. The tournament is close and time is running out; the only chance i have at surviving is to master what i know. So please…" Cloud swiftly remembers the corpses of his people which made gaze down with a look of pain and frustration while gritting his teeth. "Let me do this…!" Cloud said, "I have to do this… I have to…" Despite Cloud's hands shaking, Cloud was about to resume weaving the hand seals but Sting held his wrists and locks eyes with him for a while. "I'm sorry." Sting said with closed eyes. Sting lands a quick chop to the back of Cloud's neck which caused him to lose consciousness and fall on the ground. "Don't worry, you'll get it right. But not today." Sting said. After remembering that moment, current Sting smiled with his arms crossed. "Congratulations, Cloud. You have made it to the next round." Sting said inwardly as Cloud was gazing at the sky, "Now yours has been settled, all i need to do is face…" "Her." Sting said as his eyes rolled towards Karma. Meanwhile, the hivelings that happened to be lurking around were still in disbelief with what took place. "It cant be…" A green haired female hiveling said. "Ranksa… Lost?" A pale purple haired female hiveling said. "He lost out of underestimating the human and stupidity." A teenage hiveling male with a messy black hair and messy bangs said. "Huh?" The green haired hiveling female said as she glanced at the black haired hiveling male in confusion. "When the human moved behind Ranksa, what was stopping him from turning round and knocking the human away?" The black haired hiveling asked, "Nothing. Nothing was stopping him from doing it, he just didn't have enough brain to think. From the very start, Ranksa was a fool and a burden. His mother should have thrown away his egg while she had the chance." "That's Inos being Inos." The green haired female hiveling said inwardly, "I would hate to get on his bad side." "Um… Inos… Don't you think you are being too hard on Ranksa?" The pale purple haired female hiveling asked. "If this task fails, I'm going to kill Ranksa myself." Inos replied, "Ranksa's task was simple: buy enough time. The human wasn't faster than him; there was no way he could have dodged if Ranksa acted on time since the strange dodging technique wore off. All in all, Ranksa allowed himself to be outdone by a low ranked human. What a disgrace. I find this hard to believe we are even related." "That's no ordinary low ranker, though." The green haired female hiveling said, "That's Cloud of the Stormwind. I just checked the people on our list and he is among them." "Is that so?" Inos asked, "How… Intriguing…" In the arena just as the medics arrived, Cloud was still gazing high. "I did it." Cloud said inwardly, "I have moved to the next round… The final round…" "Top three of the contestants are guaranteed to officially become a pilgrim, regardless of the winner." Zera's voice replayed in Cloud's head. "Mother, father and every member of my tribe…I have finally done it. " Cloud said inwardly with a smile, "Just wait a little more…" Meanwhile at the major Chief center, Chief Miza sights Chief Tenya walking towards them and smiles at her. "Welcome back, Chief Tenya." Chief Miza said as Chief Tenya sat back on her chair, "You just missed an amazing match between-" "What's the meaning of this?!" Chief Tenya asked with an alarmed look while gazing at the arena as her irises were glowing purple. "Calm down." Chief Miza said, "I know it seems unbelievable but that minor just defeated Onak." "That's not Onak!" Chief Tenya said. "Huh?" Chief Miza said with a puzzled look. Hearing this, Chief Ezgord's eyes rolls towards Chief Tenya. "His energy isn't right. It doesn't match that of Onak!" Chief Tenya said, "How the heck could this happen?!" "What is going on…?" Chief Miza asked inwardly, "An imposter posing as Onak? But that is only possible if Onak was taken out… Right?" "No…!" Chief Tenya said with a visage of panic as her irises glowed white. "What is it?" Chief Miza asked. "The ones responsible for the barrier… I can't reach them!" Chief Tenya replied, "I'm trying to use kan communication of the heart to tell them to turn off the barrier just like i did with Karma and Dam but i am getting nothing." "Same here." Chief Ezgord said, "I too tried but i cant get to them. It's as if they are dead or something." "Oh boy…" Chief Miza said. At the arena, as a male healer was about to touch the unconscious imposter, the imposter grabs his wrist and crushed it which caused the healer to scream in agony and caught the medics, Cloud, Lizira and the rest of the people off guard. At the time the male medic jolted back in pain, the imposter was slowly rising without any support while emitting a green aura. "What in the world…?" A female medic said. "I have had enough." The imposter said. "No…" The green haired female hiveling said with goggled eyes. "What is he doing?" The pale purple haired hiveling asked. "Still think i am being too hard on him?" Inos asked. The imposter reverted to his original form, revealing his appearance to be a teenage hiveling with a messy flaming orange hair and bangs, along with green eyes while being adorned with a black high collared sleeveless top, a long black lace coiled round his arms (along with a scorpion marking there as well) , a long black tattered tied cloth around his waist, white trousers and a pair of black opened-toe boots. "What the hell?" Cloud said. Ranksa immediately dashed towards Cloud and lands a uppercut on Cloud's belly that raised him off the ground a bit and left him unconscious. "CLOUD!!!" Reyla, Killer bee and Sting screamed. "Finally!" Ranksa said inwardly with a grin as he caught the unconscious Cloud from falling on the ground. "Let him go." A feminine voice said. Ranksa looks back and saw the person to be Chief Tenya who happened to be standing in the arena with a scowl. "How did you get in?" Ranksa asked. "That's my line." Chief Tenya replied. Ranksa quickly turned round and placed his finger tips on Cloud's temple while discharging his aura and coating Cloud with it. "Not so fast!" Ranksa said with a smile, "Before you humans make any move or get any funny ideas, i will be the first to make them!" As this was going on, Inos glared down with crossed arms. "Do you know what this technique is? This is the Wuzhin assassination technique!" Ranksa asked with a wide smile, "You have heard of it, right?! The technique created by the Moabian Wuzhin that involves connecting to the nervous system of your victim through your finger tips, and coating the victim with your aura as well! If anything happens to me without me willingly removing my fingers, this human here will die! Yes, that's right! One bad move and this human here will die! Do what you want: if you like cut off my arm, kill me, pull him away from my hold or put me under mind control but as long as it isn't my truly will then he will die!!!" "Now listen here, you talking vermin…!" Chief Tenya said as with a glare as her irises glowed purple, leading the whole place to shake, "If anything should happen to that boy-!" "Are you deaf, human?!!" Ranksa asked, "If you want to see him alive, then you'll stay put and quell your anger!" Chief Tenya halts for a moment, exhales with closed eyes and opens her eyes which appeared to be normal again. As the quaking had ceased, Ranksa smirked. "Good." Ranksa said, "Seems like you are a reasonable person." "Who are you, how did you get in and what are you doing here?" Chief Tenya asked. "First of all: I am Ranksa of the scorpion clan of the hiveling race." Ranksa said. "Hiveling?" Killer bee, Reyla, Govo and Kein asked inwardly "And second: what makes you think i will tell you anything about the other two questions?" Ranksa asked. "Let go of the boy and i will consider letting you live." Chief Tenya said. "You honestly think i will agree to your terms?" Ranksa asked, "What the hell do you take me for?!" "It is best you do it." Chief Ezgord said as him and Chief Miza landed on the ground of the arena. "Holding a person hostage? How cowardly." Chief Miza said. "Like you humans have the right to talk." Ranksa said, "If i am going to get out of here, it is going to be on my terms and conditions otherwise this human dies!" "You dare stand there and talk to our chiefs like that?!" Lizira asked, "Who exactly do you think-" "Shut up your trap, human!" Ranksa cuts in as he glanced at Lizira. Ranksa's eyes glowed and Lizira disappeared from the field, thus bringing shock to many with his display. Ranksa suddenly bursts out with laughter while the other hivelings lurking were watching in annoyance. "She was a fake anyway. I wonder if my attack affected her real body as well?" Ranksa said, "On and on and on like a retarded parrot; i am truly glad i got rid of her. Now for my 'conditions', I have a lot and they are-" "Forget it." Chief Ezgord cuts in with crossed arms. "Huh?" Ranksa said in a surprised manner. "It is either you agree to our terms or you die." Chief Ezgord said. "WHAT?!" Many of the audience said in shock. "Chief Ezgord, what are you doing?" Chief Tenya asked as she glanced at him "Setting this fool in his place." Chief Ezgord replied while facing forward. "What do you think you are doing?" Ranksa asked, "Do you not see the position this human is in?!" "I see, but what about it?" Chief Ezgord asked. "Are you serious?!" Ranksa asked. "Old man, what are you doing?" Sting asked inwardly with widened eyes. "Not good." The green haired female hiveling said inwardly. "I will kill this human! I swear i will!!" Ranksa said. "Go ahead then." Chief Ezgord replied, "His death will be used as a sacrificial means of killing you." "You're bluffing! I can tell you are bluffing!" Ranksa said. "Do you have any idea what i have sacrificed to get to where i am? Do you have any idea what i have lost in order to accomplish a task?" Chief Ezgord asked as he was walking towards Ranksa while discharging his blue aura. "Chief Ezgord, stop!" Chief Tenya said. "Don't tempt him!" Chief Miza said. "Don't come any closer! I will kill him!" Ranksa said, "His death will be on your head! His blood will be on your hands!!" "I didn't kill him, did i?" Chief Ezgord asked. "He is not bluffing. He is not bluffing at all!" Ranksa said inwardly with a frightened smile, "If i kill him now, nothing will stop him, that woman there or that brown haired woman especially from killing me. I am screwed!!!" At the time Ranksa was still smiling with fear, Ranksa chuckled. "Seems like your own people are tossing you away like a sheep to a wolf!" Ranksa said to the unconscious Cloud, "I should have expected this from a very ruthless race of bastards!" "This isn't how we conversate, mortal." A masculine voice said. "Huh?" Ranksa said as he stared down at Cloud with a raised eyebrow. "Bow." The unconscious Cloud said with a deepened voice. In a split second, a strong pressure caused Ranksa and the chiefs to instantly fall on their knees and bow their heads, along with everyone in Keigra (Those standing were on their knees and bowing their heads while those seated only bowed their heads). "What in the world?!" The green haired female hiveling said inwardly. As this was happening, Ranksa managed to raise his head and sights Cloud standing in his front and gazing down at him with glowing white eyes. "Now 'this' is how we conversate." Cloud said.
