In the room where Ghero resides, Ghero gleefully twirled his mustache and watched as Oni was brutally killing humans in the white-leafed pocket realm. "Ah, yes, kill them. Kill them all, Oni." Ghero said, "Prove your worth and my worth to the hiveling race." "Kill them, violate them, and make more corpses for me!" Ghero said in a musical high pitched tone. "Sir Ghero." A feminine voice called. The calling of Ghero's name made him jump out of his chair in a startled manner and turn back to see with glowing eyes who called him which turned out to be a female hiveling with long jet black hair, wearing a white dress, standing behind him with a stoic expression. "You!" Ghero said in irritation. "Yes, me." The female hiveling said. "Don't you know how to knock?" Ghero asked, "You've been my assistant for 4 years now, surely you should have learned some manners by now!" "I apologize for that, sir Ghero." The assistant said as she bowed herself, "I did not mean to interrupt your five minutes of madness." "My five minutes of---!" Ghero said as his eyes glowed while fuming with annoyance, "I AM PERFECTLY SANE, YOU DAMN CRACKPOT! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME ENJOYING MY BEST CREATION PROVING MY WORTH???" "Oh, there is nothing wrong, sir." The assistant replied, "We all have our ways of enjoyment, even though they might be too strange for the liking of others." "What are you here for?" Ghero asked, "You entered here to tell me something, correct? Because i doubt it is to make fun of me." "Yes, sir. We have a problem." The assistant answered, "Two of our experiments have escaped: experiment 256 and experiment 785." "Experiment 256, experiment 256…" Ghero said while trying to who and what experiment 256 is. "Wait! You mean he has escaped?!" Ghero asked in shock with his irises glowing as he remembered who experiment 256 is, "How did it happen?!" "That… I do not know." The assistant answered, "But if word of this should reach the ears of the higher-ups…" "Then there will be consequences." The assistant said as two male hivelings were gazing at a broken wall. "Oh boy…" The male hiveling on the left said. After the assistant had finished warning him, Ghero held his collar and swallowed hard. Within the bounds of the violet-leafed forest, Juni, Garl, Rico, and Gemari had gathered in a single spot, conversing with each other. "Will it work?" Juni asked Gemari, "Do you honestly believe it could?" "Yes, it will." Gemari answered, "With Rico using his soul to restrain the movement of the other humans and with your ice linked with his chains, you will be able to protect them from Garl's meteorite attack. After all, your jade ice can only be broken if the force given is something you cannot mentally handle." "That is why I am questioning if it will work." Juni said, "What if the power behind Garl's technique is too great for my mind to handle? It will end up killing not only the hivelings but our comrades as well." "Don't worry, it won't." Gemari said, "I did the calculation. Your mind is more than capable of handling it. Surely it will wear you out but on the bright side, it will reduce the number of hivelings here and give the others a better fighting chance. And just like Rico asked, what if he reaches his limit in this? And as for my kan ability…." "Do not underestimate its destructive power." Garl said as he glanced at Gemari with his irises glowing. "Ground zero: an ability of mine that allows me to create explosions by placing my aura on the earth i touch and control." Garl said as he engulfs his right palm with his red aura and gapes at it, "Momentum makes its destructive power greater, so sending the meteorite i am to create that high is ridiculous." "That's something my uncle would even do." Garl said within himself. "The man that always leaves a red trail of destruction everywhere he goes." Garl said within as he remembers a shadow figure striding in a ravaged environment, "The bloody earth…" "Borp." Garl said within as Borp stepped out of the shadows with a smile while having a few blood stains on his face. Borp immediately slams his foot on the ground with a deepened yell and his irises glowing, causing a large red beam to spring out of the ground from far behind and shoot into the sky. "He once blew up his comrades along with his enemies, and when he was asked on how he felt taking out both friend and foe, his reply was… I enjoyed it." Garl said inwardly after recalling everything, "The people of the Graundar tribe consider him a murderer and not a warrior, and as for me, many feel I'll become just like him all because I am living with him and have the same ability as well. I am not even as violent as he is." At the time Garl was still staring at his palm, Juni, Gemari, and Rico were staring at him in confusion. "Garl…" Juni called. "Oh, sorry. I just remembered someone i didn't want to." Garl said as he caught himself back and glanced at the others, "As i was saying, we can't follow this plan, it is too-" Garl was suddenly struck across the cheek and sent tumbling to the ground by an invisible attacker which caught Rico and the others off guard. "Wha-?!" Before Rico could finish, a shimmering figure showed up in his front and lands a 720 spin kick on his face that sent him violently plummeting across the surface; right before Gemari could react, the shimmering figure took her down with a belly punch and immediately raced towards Juni and swings it's fist on her which she instinctively guards against but was sent flying back in the act. While Juni was flying, she became startled as Bleid showed up in her front with a wild smile. "You were able to react in time, just as i knew you would… JUNI!" Bleid said excitedly. Bleid clamped his right hand around Juni's face and slams her head on the ground, creating a large dust cloud in the process; shortly later, Juni flew out of the dust cloud and rolled back viciously which ended as she hits her back on a tree. While Juni made efforts to stand, Bleid swooped in and attacked with a right and left hook on her face and finalized it with a roundhouse that sent her tumbling. Juni managed to steady herself with one hand but Bleid appeared before her and kicks her in the face before she could even make effort to stand, thus making her roll backward and slide on her back; Juni laid on the ground, panting for air while Bleid stood a bit far from her, covering his face with his right hand. "The symphonies in my head are playing." Bleid said, "You're the one person i have been unable to kill, yet…" "Juniiiii." Bleid said in a creepy musical tone as he brushed his hair with his hand while smiling evilly with his eyes glowing. Meanwhile, Rhan, Zeinora and the other hivelings just took notice that Bleid has gone from where he was seated. "That little…!" Rhan said in annoyance. "This guy…" Juni said while breathing heavily as she stared at Bleid and stood on one knee, "He is that hiveling from before." Juni had a quick recollection of Bleid's face but also noticed the difference in current Bleid's hair color which had cyan blue colored tips. "Good grief. Still as troublesome as ever." Juni said to Bleid as she stood on her feet, "I remember us having unfinished business, and now that business has gotten to a new length." "It sure has." Bleid replied. "Where is Van?" Juni asked, "Where did your kind keep him?" "The Qintari? Why do you have so much interest in him, considering what you tried to do?" Bleid asked. "That's none of your concern." Juni said, "Just tell me where he is and tell me what you have done to him." "It is none of my concern? Why Juni, you wound me." Bleid said as he placed his hand on his chest while smiling, "After everything we have been through, this is what you say to me?" "We haven't been through scrap, you creep." Juni said, "And second: why do you call him the Qintari?" "Why we call him that is none of your concern." Bleid said, "And as for his location and what we are doing to him is also none of your concern. But if you want the Qintari's information that bad, then you'll have to…" "Make me." Bleid said with a dark grin as his eyes glowed. "With pleasure." Juni replied. Juni sends forth a wave of her jade ice at an astonishing speed but Bleid evades it and sprints at her. Juni immediately uses her foot to collide with Bleid's fist which creates a mild shockwave. Juni immediately hops back and tries several attempts to hit Bleid with her fist and feet but Bleid evades every last one with a smile. As this went on, Bleid appears behind Juni only for Juni to quickly turn back and send another ice wave to overtake him but Bleid appears at her back and land a back-fist that sent her tumbling. Juni steadies with both hands and her irises glowed. "Jade ice: Reoccurring wave!" Juni said as she sent a flood of green ice towards Bleid. Bleid showed up in Juni's front and punched her in the face which sent her rolling back, but Juni stabilizes herself again and instinctively guards against Bleid's flying knee. "Hahaha! Very good!" Bleid said with a grin. Juni shot a jade ice blast from her right palm but Bleid dodges it and strikes with a gut punch and two swift punches to her face that made her stagger back. Juni growls and tries numerous attempts to hit Bleid with her punches and kicks but Bleid blocks and evades them all with ease; Juni moves her arm in an upward manner to land a palm strike on Bleid's jaw only for Bleid to dodge by stepping to the right and attacking with an elbow to the face; without falter, Juni twirls her body to assault with a back-fist but Bleid ducks and drives his fist into her belly which made her cough out spittle and hastily moves the back of his head to her face that made her stagger again. Juni immediately gets herself back, rushed towards Bleid and attacks with a flying elbow with her right arm to which Bleid avoids and throws a punch that Juni blocks with her left and quickly leaps in the air to strike with a 720 roundhouse kick, however, Bleid steps back to avert being hit and as soon as he had stepped back, Juni wastes no time and to move attack with a straight kick but Bleid caught her leg and grins at her. Bleid punched Juni on her left cheek and before Juni could step back, Bleid grabs her right arm, pulls her towards him and headbutts her nose, allowing Juni to step back. Blend rotates himself and struck with a kick to Juni's side but Juni was able to trap his leg between her arm and side. Bleid stared at Juni for a short time and quickly used his other leg to kick her on the face, thus making her stagger away, but the moment Juni was able to regain herself, Bleid raced to her direction and lands a front dropkick to her face which sent her viciously rolling back and crashing through trees and obstacles. During the time Juni was seated on the ground with her back leaning against a tree while breathing heavily and groaning in pain, Bleid descends to the ground and stood a bit far from her. "Found you." Bleid said in a musical tone while grinning. "He's stronger than i thought." Juni said within herself, "And with the way this battle is going, he isn't even serious; i don't think he used his kan ability to assist him in the fight but i used mine. He has been playing with me all along. However…" "I cannot waver. I need to get information on where he has kept Van." Juni said as she stood on her feet. Seeing Juni's resilience, Bleid applauded her while chuckling. "Good! Very good! Keep fighting, Juni! Let the music continue!" Bleid said. "He is annoying. Very annoying." Juni said within herself, "He may be strong but the part that he is toying with me is getting on my nerves…! There are things i cannot tolerate and one of them is a person who uses his or her fists to mock me!" Juni recalls the faces of Karma and Jagami which made her tightly clench her fists. "Those two made me feel a kind of shame i have never felt in my life and fighting this hiveling makes me feel like I'm reliving it." Juni said inwardly with a scowl as her irises glowed, "I refuse to repeat that shame, again!" "Jade ice…" Juni said as she slams her palms against one another while discharging her green aura. Bleid lifts his head to the cloud and noted numerous green twinkles in the sky. "Saivin rain!" Juni said. A myriad of green ice shards descended rapidly to the ground, cutting down multiple trees and obstacles but Bleid was evading every last one. At the time this was happening, Juni raced towards Bleid while being covered with her aura. "With my jade aura protecting me from the rain, i can head towards him and attack while he is distracted." Juni said inwardly, "It is all relying on this one attack… This one punch to bring him down and in order to do that, i have to put everything I've got into it!" "So let's go!!" Juni said within with a fiercely determined look as her irises glowed. Juni dashed at Bleid and with a mighty bawl, Juni lands a thunderous punch on the right cheek of Bleid that not only created a strong shockwave but also destroyed all the shards descending to the ground. However, at the moment Juni's fist connected, Bleid grinned and struck with a punch of his own to the face that sent her violently swiveling back and breaking through trees and obstacles, again. Juni laid on the ground, coughing and groaning in pain while being in disbelief of what just happened. "I hit him as hard as i could but he wasn't fazed by it…" Juni said within, "Could he be on the level of Jagami and the other higher ranked candidates? He is too strong!" While Juni was questioning herself, she raised her head and sights Bleid walking down her direction. "Oh my, you really flow well with the rhythms. It makes me wonder what i should call this new song." Bleid said while smiling as he placed his finger on his chin. "I have to keep fighting…" The exhausted Juni said as she was struggling to stand back on her feet. "I will not allow myself to relieve the same humiliation as before…" Juni said within as she remembers the incident of herself laying flat before the feet of Karma and the incident of Jagami performing the diamond driver on her, "No, i will not allow it again. And plus…" "I need to see him, again." Juni said within as she recalls the face of Van smiling. "I need to make things right and to do that, i must fight!" Juni said after the recollection as her irises glowed. Juni charged towards Bleid with a battle cry and tries multiple times to punch and kick him but Bleid easily blocks every last one; as Juni was trying to hit Bleid, she moves her right leg to kick his side, only for Bleid to trap her leg in between his arm and side but Juni uses her other leg in attempt to hit him but Bleid dodges it. As soon Bleid released his hold, Juni ran towards Bleid but Bleid placed his four fingers on her chest and smiles "Skorra." Bleid said with a deepened voice. Bleid instantly strikes Juni with an one-inch punch that made her heart explode, causing blood to gush out of Juni's mouth and leaving her to fall on her knees while coughing. "Ha? You are still alive after that?" Bleid asked, "Your immortality is wonderful, but this shouldn't be surprising for one who is still alive after getting her head cut off. I wonder what other things i could try on you." "Let's continue." Bleid said with a dark smile as his eyes glowed. Red glowing cracks appeared underneath Bleid, prompting Bleid to stare down in confusion. "Huh?" Bleid said. A large red beam shot out from the surface Bleid stood and engulfed him in the act as it moved high into the sky and created a red explosion in the process. "Juni!" Rico called as he placed her arm around his neck and helped her on her feet. "Rico…" The exhausted Juni said as her eyes rolls at him. "She looks terrible. What in the world did he do to her?" Rico asked within himself. Bleid moves out of the explosion and heads towards Rico and Juni with an outstretched arm, only for Gemari to show up in his front. "Link…" Gemari said inwardly as she parries Bleid's arm. "Re-counter!" Gemari said as she struck Bleid's chest with a palm strike, thereby creating a wind pressure that pushed him back. Bleid stabilized himself and lifts his head, sighting Garl and Gemari standing in front of Rico and Juni. "Garl and Gemari…? You're here.." Juni said inwardly. Gemari stared at the palm she used in striking Bleid and noticed it to be bruised. "Strange." Gemari. "You three, you dare interfere with my music?" Bleid asked with a bland stare. "You thought we were going to stand there and let you continue your mad ways on our friend?" Garl asked with a smile, "If i remember correctly i have a bone to pick with you, and also i would like to know where you have taken Van." "Garl, be careful. This person isn't someone you should underestimate." Gemari said, "I used my kan ability of link to turn his own strength against him and it ended up bruising my hand." "I am not underestimating him. As a matter of fact, i intend to go all out!" Garl said with a smile. "So do i." Gemari said as her irises glowed while discharging her aura, "Rico, protect Juni while we fight off this hiveling." "You've got it." Rico said. "Enough talk. Come over here and we will give you a song you'll never forget!" Garl said with a smile as he stretched forth his arm with his thumb down. "No…" Juni said to herself with fear as her eyes widened. "Very well." Bleid said with a darkened smile and a musical tone.
