Many years ago within the territory of the Kenar tribe, outside a hut, a 16 year old Yagura was carrying a large pile of logs on one shoulder and laid them on the ground; as she was arranging the logs, a Kenar old woman stood in her front.
"You really took your time in fetching the logs." The old woman said.
"I'm sorry, grandmother." Yagura said as she was still arranging the logs.
"You got into another fight, didn't you, Yagura?" Yagura's grandmother asked.
"I... Yes." Yagura answered.
"What happened?" Yagura's grandmother asked.
"Those three bastards stabbed a frog with their ice and it didn't do anything." Yagura answered.
"Why bother yourself with something as little as that?" Yagura's grandmother asked.
"It was just too cruel. They are fond of always hurting things and people that did nothing to them just to laugh." Yagura said as she raised her head, "The sight of this one was too horrifying."
"Oh." The old woman said with a smile as she turned her face away.
"Grandmother, do you think i'm unmarriageable?" Yagura asked as she bent her head down again.
"Hm? Why are you asking that?" Yagura's grandmother asked as she glanced at her.
"Those boys and my friends made fun of me, telling me because of my nature no man is going to marry me when i'm of age." Yagura said.
"You don't know that and you are still quite young. The future is yet to come." Yagura's grandmother said.
"It's just that my peers are afraid of me and my title as the red bane says it all." Yagura said, "Maybe they are correct. Maybe I'll end up alone, no husband and no children to continue my line."
Yagura's grandmother lets out a light laughter.
"You remind me so much of my son... Your father..." Yagura's grandmother said, "When he was your age he talked about the same thing. The boys and the girls of his age would mock him and tell him that no woman would marry him when he old enough but in the end he married your mother. So saying you can never get married are just words of today and they are simply empty.
Yes, a lot of boys are afraid of you. You have your mother's heart and my son's strength but you also inherited his frightening nature which is also good when facing enemies, but that doesn't make you less of a maiden and that doesn't mean you are unmarriageable.
You are beautiful and strong and one thing about men is that they love strong women because strong women give birth to strong offsprings, but..."Yagura's grandmother bent her head down in sadness which brought confusion to Yagura.
"What's wrong, grandmother?" Yagura asked.
"Kan grows deeper with age and the red ice kan ability you inherited from my side allows us to see the future of our own blood." Yagura's grandmother said.
"Future?" Yagura asked.
"Yagura, i believe it is time you know the truth." Yagura's grandmother said, "You shall get married to a good man, you shall have two sons, one of your blood and the older shall be of another. But in this path of yours, you shall face a fate far worse than death, and it is inescapable for you."
"I'm sorry i kept this from you..."The grandmother said as Yagura was gazing at her with wide eyes, "I really wanted to tell you but with your parents gone and-"
Currently in the city of Keigra, Dam stood with his menacing black aura pouring on the ground as they had cleared, black mists formed a high-collared cloak on his body and his bottom wear was a black trouser and an open toe boots; the humans and the hivelings that laid on the ground could feel the wild presence that overflowed in the city, and during that moment, chief Grai gawked at the small illuminated city on his palm and observed the multiple yellow dots still lingering in different sections.
