Chapter 73: Two With The Tangle

   In a violet forest, Zeinora, Rhan, Bleid, the dark green haired male hiveling and a big blue haired male hiveling with dread mohawk were seated and watching from afar as Juni, Garl, Rico and other humans were fighting against other hivelings. While this was happening, a portal opened beside the hivelings watching and a human stepped out of it, having Kenar markings and being dressed in a black sleeveless hooded top with tail coat, green trousers, black straps round his wrists.
   "You're late, Daeko." Rhan said  while watching the fight, "Were you supposed to have come earlier; what happened?"
  "I was but i had some problems with your people." Daeko replied, "By the way, where is the Qintari? He is supposed to have been here by now."
 "They are still working on him." The dark-green haired male hiveling answered, "They say the bastard is putting quite a resistance to the process. But no matter how long he struggles, he will eventually break."
   "I can't wait to see what he'll look like once he becomes a full hiveling." Bleid said while smiling, "I can already hear a lot of symphonies playing."
  "Of course, you do. Creep." Rhan said as his eyes rolls back at Bleid
  "Daeko, why are you covering your face?" The hiveling with the blue mohawk asked, "Isn't it time you revealed your identity to the humans?"
  I will do it when the time is ripe." Daeko answered, "When i 'feel' it is ripe."
 "Hoh?!" Bleid said in a musical tone while smiling at the time he was watching at the battle.
   Down at the field where humans and hivelings were fighting, Juni, Garl and Rico were knocking down a couple of hivelings while running forward; during that period, a male hiveling throws a punch at Rico but Rico blocks the attack and takes him down with a headbutt to the nose; Garl swiftly takes out a female hiveling with a high kick to her chin, stops the fist of a male hiveling only to respond with a punch of his own and followed it up by slamming the hiveling's head on his right knee; Juni takes down a male hiveling with a punch and hastily leaps in the air to knock out two female hivelings with a spinning roundhouse kick.
    Just as Juni lands on her feet, Juni slams her palms against the ground and lifts her head.
    "Jade ice: Reoccurring wave." Juni said as her irises glowed.
   In an instant, a flood of green colored ice rushed out and overtook a lot of hivelings to a certain point but as soon as the flood stopped, two large green ice glaciers sprang out of the side, thereby throwing several hivelings high in the air (which could be seen from afar).  A male hiveling descends towards Juni to crush her with a downward punch but Juni leaps back to avoid it, leaving his fist to break the ground and just as the male hiveling charged at Juni to punch her again, Juni knocks him out with a reverse roundhouse kick that left him sliding on his face.
   Witnessing the actions of these three, Rhan became impressed.
   "Not bad." Rhan said with a smile.
   "That i can agree." The blue mohawk hiveling said, "You'd expect the humans to be hopeless after seeing the odds against them but somehow there will always be those that are capable of fighting against it."
   "Hmm." Bleid said in a warm tone while smiling.
   "Those three, they are Juni, Garl and Rico, right?" The dark-green haired male hiveling asked, "They have proven themselves to be different from the humans in this section and that human, Juni… The technique she displayed wasn't part of the information given to us. Was she hiding the technique or did she just gain them?"
   "Surely you can't expect all the fighting styles of each individual to be in the information given." Daeko said, "There are those that haven't shown all their skills and there are those that have. But you see these three, i feel they are hiding more, after all they were the Qintari's closest friends until they betrayed him."
    "Ah, yes. Betrayal." Rhan said, "One of the things humans are quite known for."
   Back at the field, Rico and Garl were taking down several hivelings while discussing with each other.
   "We need a plan!" Garl said as he held a male hiveling by the collar and knocks him down with a punch, "We need to clear the ground!"
   "And how do you suggest we do that?!" Rico asked as he takes down a female hiveling with a punch.
  "There are so many of them and there are still more in this section!" Rico said as he weaved a kick from a male hiveling and puts him down with a punch to the belly.
   "I can clear a large area with my kan ability but i need to make sure other humans aren't affected by it!" Garl said as he struck his knee on a female hiveling's face.
   "I think i can help with that!" A female voice said.
   Garl and Rico glanced back and sees the person to be Gemari who at that time was holding a female hiveling by the hair.
   "Gemari?" Rico said in puzzlement.
   "You can help?" Garl asked.
  "It will take long if i explain it to you verbally so i'll show it to you through the heart communication." Gemari said, "But first, behind you!"
   Rico and Garl swiftly evades an attack from two male hivelings and knocks them out with a punch and after they had done that, Gemari from behind placed her hands on their shoulders with her irises glowing which made their irises glow as well.
   Meanwhile Juni was blocking and evading a ferocious series of attacks from two male hivelings that swirling around her.
   "DIIIEEE!!!!" The two hivelings said as they performed a superman punch with their aura covered fist in attempt to crush Juni's head from two different sides.
    However, Juni quickly crouched, leaving the two hivelings fist to hit each other and with no time being wasted, Juni twirls her body while balancing on both hands and kicks on the two on the jaw with both legs spread apart, rendering them absolutely unconscious.
   The moment Juni stood on her feet, another male hiveling rammed his shoulders on her belly and pushed her to a tree, leading Juni to grunt in pain. As he had slammed Juni's back against a tree, male hiveling swiftly struck Juni with a punch to her belly and grabs her by the throat, only for Rico to knock him out with a punch from to the temple.
   "Are you alright?" Rico asked as he glanced at Juni.
   "I could have handled him but thanks." Juni said while rubbing her throat.
   "Gemari has a plan to give us and the others a fighting chance." Rico said.
    "Gemari?" Juni said in puzzlement.
   "Yes and we need to me-"
  Juni quickly pushed Rico aside and takes down a male hiveling with a punch.
  "You were saying something?" Juni said as she glanced at Rico who was sitting on the ground.
  "Thanks." Rico said as he stood, "Everything will be explained to you as soon as we get to where they are."
   "Let's go." Rico said while running, prompting Juni to follow.
   Meanwhile as Zeinora and the others beside her were watching Juni and Rico run, Bleid focuses his attention on Juni and smiles creepily.
   "Juni." Bleid said inwardly.
