Years ago at the Kaindi forest of the Stormwind domain, Gorg and Roku both sat on a large log while staring at a lake and discussing with each other.
"I can't seem to thank you enough for what you've done for me and my family." Gorg said.
"It was no problem. Just doing what i must to ensure the safety of others." Roku said.
"Still, if you hadn't come, i wouldn't have known what to do." Gorg said.
"I convinced your Chief and your people that i was the one that cured your child. All you two needed to do was to play along." Roku said, "The omega marks on your child's body shows that he is a hundred percent compatible with 'Him', making your child his true other half and the Ruler of the end."
"Ruler of the end? What is that?" Gorg asked with a confused demeanor.
"Not what… 'Who' …" Roku said, "When one is a hundred percent compatible with him, they are no longer two separate entities but one. They act and think as one and with that they'll bring the end of all things.
I was able to create a rift within your child and suppress his powers easily only because he is an infant and with the herbs i've given your wife, they will be able to assist the suppression for a very long time… As long as you keep giving him the herbs year after year, that is.
However, there will come a time when your child will be left on his own, then would he have to make his own choice; just pray he doesn't fall into darkness or else things won't end well for this new world."
"New world?" Gorg asked as he turned to look at Roku.
"I think i've said too much." Roku said, "Just keep an eye on your child and make sure he doesn't stray from the right path, but be warned, just because his powers are suppressed, that doesn't mean he won't still be able to do anything. Your son will see things, feel things… Hear things. Things that will scare him and could drive anyone mad. He'll be a troubled child; you and your wife need to be there for him."
"We will." Gorg said.
After they had finished discussing, Roku stood on his feet and Gorg followed after.
"Anyway, you should prepare for your child's naming ceremony." Roku said, "After all, it's in a few days from now. But before i go, there is something i want to understand: how do the Stormwinds still have knowledge of their past but yet aren't even aware of the Ruler of the end?"
"The Ruler of the end was never mentioned in the Stormwind teachings and plus there is a certain age our young ones reach, they'll be taught the truth of our tribe's past." Gorg replied, "After teaching them the truth, they will begin to see visions of what happened in the old days. It's like a scar to remind us of who and what we were and to tell us of what that creature is."
"The visions… You've experienced them when you were young?" Roku asked.
"Yes." Gorg replied, "Just like the other Stormwinds, i experienced them after i was taught the truth of our tribe. It was a scary moment."
"I see…" Roku said, "Anyway, with what i've done, your people won't be suspicious of the Omega markings on your child's body. Goodbye."
"Wait." Gorg said as he grasped Roku's left arm from behind, "You were there for me when i was a child and now you helped me once again with my family, tell me how i can repay you."
"You know, i still can't get the thought of you shooting that arrow at me out of my head." Roku said with a mischievous smile.
"I apologize for that." Gorg replied, "I thought you were one of the Iminoi race."
"Ah yes, the Iminoi race." Roku said, "The hideous creatures that are capable of shape shifting into anyone but they were later obliterated by the high goblins a week ago.
You know for a race that doesn't posses kan, they are quite the troublesome species."
