The story talks about a young boy known as Cloud who aspired to become the greatest pilgrim warrior in Agaroth (the first warrior realm of mankind) despite his flaws, however there is more that meets the eyes as Agaroth is on the brink of extinction...
In the period of time in the ruins of Keigra, chief Tenya was squatting and talking to a little girl in the damaged street and as this was happening, man dressing in a black robe and yellow glowing patterns on it, approached chief Tenya. "Chief Tenya!" The man called, prompting chief Tenya to look back, "I have brought the information you needed." Chief Tenya turns back at the girl and pats her head with a smile. "I'll be back." Chief Tenya said. The girl nods her head and chief Tenya stood on her feet and takes her leave with the man. "Sorry for interrupting you. I just wanted to share the information with you as soon as i got it." The man said. "That girl is the last survivor of her family and i was trying to see how i could comfort her." Chief Tenya said, "She lost her father, mother, brother, sister and other members of her family because of the attack earlier. They all did... So tell me, the information... What have you gotten from the destruction so far? " "70,000 dead and still counting." The man answered. Hearing this, chief Tenya suddenly halts. "And the injured?" Chief Tenya asked with her upper face being overshadowed while facing the ground, "How many are injured...?" The feeling of uneasiness crept in as the man takes notice of chief Tenya's knuckles shaking, making him reluctant in his response. "How many...?" Chief Tenya asked. "I... Didn't gather much information on the injured because i was busy trying to find out the number of the dead." The man answered hesitantly, "But from the little i gathered outside the dead, many chiefs of the minor tribes survived the attack and they are in treatment right now. And also, no one from the major tribe was hurt in anyway from the attack." "Of course, they weren't." Chief Tenya said, "The attack obviously came from a tool. A weapon." "Um, Chief... There is something you need to know..." The man said, "Many of the higher tribe's children are missing and they all happened to be the students of the Tall order pilgrim academy." Chief Tenya's irises glowed in shock and she slowly head tilts her head to look at the man with a frightening stare that made him step back a bit. "What... Did you just say?" Chief Tenya asked. "I... Um... Many of the children of, um, the Tall order pilgrim academy... Are missing." The man said reluctantly while trembling in fear, "Even as we speak... Chief Ezgord is searching for his son." " 'Many' of them?" Chief Tenya asked. "Y-yes. M-many of them." The man responded, "There are only a few that remained-" Chief Tenya vanished from the sight of the man, leaving a breeze that pushed him to the ground. Meanwhile in the golden leafed forest, the humans in there were still in disbelief with what Rizel had done to Nax while Rizel smirked smugly at them. "R-Rizel... What are you doing ?" Uil asked, "And your eyes... What's with your eyes?" "They look different, right?" Rizel asked,"Don't take this personal, i am simply getting rid of my enemies." "Your enemies? But we are friends! Your comrades!" Uil said. "Point of correction: we were never friends or comrades." Rizel said, "You guys were just a task to deal with from my master." "What are you-?" Uil was cut short by Somalia as she stretched her arm sideways while giving a cold gloom at Rizel. "Who are you?" Somalia asked. "I'm glad you asked." Rizel said, "You see, i am Rizel but not the one i was playing to be. I am a human just like you but the one i serve is above the human race and he sent me to gather information and eliminate." "So you're a spy and a traitor to your own race?" Somalia asked. "Own race? Please don't make me laugh. Like humans don't turn on their own too easily. " Rizel said, "Betrayal is one of the things humanity is known for. I may be human but even the thought of being one disgusts me. Humanity is nothing but a disease filled with hypocrisy, self- righteousness, double standards and greed for power. Everything about humanity disgusts me but i glad, because soon my dehumanization process will be complete and i wouldn't have to look at my vile appearance anymore." "You said you were working for someone higher than the human race." Somalia said, "Who is it? Is it the other half of Cloud?" "Cloud's other half? Good one." Rizel said with a smile as her index finger was on her chin, " Though i wanted to meet the whitehead and have a special 'talk' with him but i didn't have the proper time and moment to do it. What a shame; he really had my interest. After all, a so-called suicidal minor who kept proving himself and surviving what seemed impossible would definitely catch anyone's interest and with him making it out of the rumble when only a few did, we knew he had to be on the list." "List of what?" Kein asked. "People participating in the red mist." Rizel answered, "Isn't it obvious?" "So that moment..." Somalia said as she recalls Rizel on her knees with her fist in the air (chapter 8), "That moment you started the chant... It was all for this." "Yes, it was." Rizel replied with a smile, , "It was all for the game and you people sheepishly followed the chant without knowing the purpose. Humph, humans are so easy to blend with and deceive, that's why you didn't suspect a thing about me and my true comrades." "True comrades?" Kein asked in puzzlement, "Wait, there are more on this?!" "Yep!" Rizel replied, "There are more of us that infiltrated the academy and played the parts necessary while gathering information and man, did we gather a ton of it." "Every strength, every weakness of the students of the pilgrim academy has been given to our master and he has shared the knowledge with the hivelings here!" Rizel said as she spread her arms apart. During the time many of the students in the golden forest were glaring at Rizel while some stayed on the alert in case of any sudden attack from the hivelings surrounding them, and in that moment, Rizel cried out in laughter while covering her face with her palm, leaving only her left eye exposed. "You know, i can't help wondering how you will survive this!" Rizel said, "Me playing the kind-hearted, joyful and considerate girl who likes making jests and befriending everyone, only to have you in a spider's web, just gives me an excitement i haven't felt in a long time! I wonder what kind of faces you will make before you end up like Tan'r and the others." "You had something to do with Tan'r and the others death as well?" A ripar male asked. "What if i did? What are you gonna do about it?" Rizel asked with a raised eyebrow. "You've still not answered Somalia's question." The ripar male asked as he steps forward with a menacing glare and his irises glowing, "Who are you working for? You better tell us now." "Hmmm. I don't think i will." Rizel replied with a smirk. In fury, the ripar male vanished from where he stood, catching many that stood beside him off guard. "Wait!" Sonia said. Three human-like images swiftly swirled round Rizel and leveled the ground and as the dust clouds cleared, Rizel had easily blocked a punch from the ripar male and a graundar male (who happened to be standing at her sides) and stopped a kick with one of her legs from a tenplar girl. "Hoh? So you really did something, huh." Rizel said with a smile, "Unfortunately..." "Your efforts had no meaning." Rizel said with a deepened voice while exuding her aura. With a deepened bawl, Rizel's aura exploded as she spreads her arms apart and blew them away in the act and with no time being wasted, several students ran towards Rizel with a battle cry. "Come!" Rizel said with a smile and a deepened voice as her irises glowed. In a matter of seconds, Rizel started disposing a large number of students with her punches and kicks, which brought shock to Sonia, Kein, the twins and other students watching. "What the...?!" Kein said. As Rizel was easily dispatching the students that charged towards her, a male graundar stood on his feet , carrying a bloody nose and black eye, quickly turned to his left in fury. "You treacherous ba-!" The graundar male got interrupted with a flying knee to the face from Rizel that made him drop flat on his back. As Rizel balanced on her feet, Rizel swiftly takes out a Ripar male that ran towards her with a palm strike to his throat which made blood spill out from both his nose and mouth and drop dead on the ground. A Tenplar male swung his fist at Rizel from behind but Rizel moves out of the way, slams her knuckles on his face and takes him down with a roundhouse kick. A redhead Tenplar girl attempted to kick Rizel from the side but Rizel steps back, grabs her leg with one hand, strikes with an elbow to the face and takes her down with a punch. A Kenar male tries to pierce Rizel with his four fingers but Rizel weaves the attack, grabs his wrist, tossed him across from her and quickly leaps in the air to hit him with a spinning roundhouse kick that made him slide on his face while creating a rift on the ground; in the process of him sliding on his face, Rizel descends on the back of his head with a stomp, thereby using his head as a surfboard and increasing the rift on the ground in the act. Rizel sped off towards the other students that approached her and started knocking them down with her fists and feet; during Rizel's rampage, Rizel slams her foot on the ground, therefore creating a shockwave that threw many of the students back and quickly goes back to her rampage. In the time Rizel was still rampaging, Rizel sent a Tenplar female rolling back with a straight kick to the belly which ended with her hitting her back on a tree (while standing) and Rizel showed up in her front and thrusts her foot on her throat, thus killing her in the process and making blood gush out of her mouth. Kein, Sonia, the twins and other students watching were stunned with what they had witnessed while Rizel pulls her foot from the throat of the Tenplar female she had killed, bringing about murmurings among them. "What did we just see?" "Rizel did all this?" "Was... Was she this strong?" "I-i thought she was a B ranker...!" "Most of the people she took down were shown to have been stronger than her. Her combat skills were like that of an A rank or A+ ; She has been hiding her true strength all along!" Elsewhere, Balog was watching the event from an oval screen. "She didn't even use her kan ability to assist her, but this is Rizel i am talking about." Balog said inwardly, "She is a nightmare to face one-on-one, but where she truly excels is in a handicapped fight; the more the numbers are against her, the better and more focused she becomes. The way i am seeing it, she doesn't need the hivelings to wipe out the humans in this section. This takes me back to the first day i met her." A flashback takes place as an unconscious bloodied little Rizel laid on the ground, bleeding from her limbs so much that her blood painted the surface where she laid. 'A girl who was betrayed and left to die by the ones her family trusted, all because of greed and the nonsense of cleansing.' Little Rizel regained consciousness and sights Balog standing in front of her, but due to the amount of blood lost, Rizel loses consciousness again and Balog carried her up in his arms and stares at her, shortly. 'When i saved her, i recognized something great in her; a strange feeling i haven't felt from my other students.' 'And what i saw amazed me...' An incident occurs as corpses filled the ground while little Rizel (who happened to be soaked in blood) was punching an adult male orc to death. 'Others took a lot of time to become what we needed, even Daeko needed time but she... She was totally different.' A flashback takes place as Balog sights an older Rizel (13 years), sitting on a pile of Moabian corpses while sticking her tongue out with a sick smile. 'It was all easy to her." Balog said within after the remembrance, "Violence, brutality, mass killing; Rizel was so talented in dishing out all of these, proving she is nothing more than a born slaughterer." "The bloodstained viper: Rizel" Balog said inwardly as he recalls Rizel with darkened eyes, holding a beheaded woman and licking off the blood on her cheek. "Neeext!" Rizel said. "She really is a nightmare." Balog said inwardly after recalling those incidents, "I wonder how hard it must have been for her to hold back. She is one student of mine that leaves me afraid of her next actions." Back at the golden forest, Rizel stares at the students, observing the look of confusion, fear and disbelief in the eyes of many. "What? No one wants to come at me again?" Rizel asked, "How disappointing. I expected more to come, especially Sonia and Kein. Guess you were all being careful of an hiveling attack." "Heh. Way to go on letting your comrades die." Rizel said with a slight smile. In fury, Uil growled and wanted to move towards Rizel but Somalia quickly stopped her in her track by holding her wrist. "Hoh? You want to fight me?" Rizel asked with her head slightly bent, "Unfortunately, i have no interest in you and your twin sister; the ones this viper is after are Sonia and Kein but i guess i have to wait until the time to strike is ripe." "Hey! Why are you idiots just standing there?!" Rizel asked the hivelings with a scowl as she peeked at them, "Don't you have some slaughtering to do?! Get to it!" "Yes!" The hivelings responded. "I have just dropped the numbers of your enemies here, so i expect you to finish them all off!" "Yes!" The hivelings replied. "Oh and if anyone of you should dare run away because of 'power greater than yours' , i will chase you down to the end of this pocket realm and skin you alive! Am i understood?!" Hearing the threats coming from Rizel, several hivelings were smitten with fear. "Yes, you are!" The hivelings answered. "Since when did we start taking orders from her?" A male hiveling asked inwardly. "Remember, these people here have knowledge on your strength and weaknesses." Rizel said as she peeped at the human students with a smile, "Good luck, humans." "You'll need it." Rizel said with a darkened voice and smile at the time she stuck out her tongue with her irises glowing .
