The next day Adrien woke up and groaned a little while turning to lay on his back. He sat up, rubbing his head while his vision focused to Marinette who was in the kitchen making tea. "Morning." She said. "School is like in forty-five minutes."

He got up, walking behind her. "You have really matured."

"Is it a bad thing?"

"Maybe." He went to the door and picked up his bag, going into the bathroom.

She watched him walk away and that was when she took out her phone and called Hao. Though it went to voicemail. "Crap."

I have to apologize to him when I get to school.

She started to change her clothes and luckily in the amount of time she was ready for school. They walked to school with each other and they weren't the usual couple who held hands, they were more distant. When they came up to the school her eyes caught Hao and his did the same. She rushed up to him, taking him by the hand, dragging him into the school.

"Hey Marinette....er what are you doing?" Hao asked when they came to a stopping point.

Oh crap, what was I thinking?! In front of Adrien?!

"I have to make this quick, but I'm sorry for hanging up on you. I was busy at that moment and I had to hang up, you know...company." She started to trail off a little embarrassed.

"This company might be Adrien to perhaps."

"Crap, you got me, just don't tell anyone."

"I won't, but just don't go out with that guy. I don't trust him and he's really not good enough for an amazing woman like you."

"I..." She didn't know what to say at all. Her face got red and hot, and she drew back her breath.

"A-are you okay?!" He started to freak out from what he saw.

"I'M FINE. UHH I UHH...WANNA—" Though she didn't finish her sentence when Adrien stepped in front of her facing Hao.

"Back off." He hissed.

"WE WERE TALKING BRAT!" Hao yelled.

"She's mine. Let's go." He grabbed her by the wrist, pulling her off away from Hao. He led her into the lockers and she was grateful for it because that was when she snapped.

She jerked her wrist away from his grasp. "ADRIEN! YOU COULD HAVE EXPOSED US AND WHY DID YOU DO THAT? HAO AND I WERE JUST TALKING."

"Didn't you hear what I said. I'm always jealous when other guys are around you."

"THAT'S STILL NO EXCUSE. IT'S ALREADY DAY ONE OF US AND YET WE ARE AT JEALOUSLY."

"You can walk out at any time. Even if you do, I will still be protective of you."

"I ALREADY SAID I WAS YOURS!" His eyes widened and she was blushing red. "When I made a choice to be with you. To be yours I wasn't going off on the statement. Just know that even in the worst of times I will always cheer you on."

"Please excuse my overprotective side of me, but I'm just scared of being left behind again. When you ended our relationship it hurt. I just cannot live my life without being by your side."

"It's really fine. You can't help being you just like how I can't help being me. Including...I like you just the way you are." He embraced her tightly in a hug, making them fall to the floor. "ADRIEN....WHAT...."

"Can I kiss you?"

"You don't have to ask permission like it's not like—" He slapped a kiss on her lips, cutting her off. He pulled back smiling at he. She couldn't resist at all, she pulled him back in closer to her. He slipped off the corner of her jacket and unbuttoned her shirt, wanting to mark her. Only then it occurred to her that they were doing it in the school lockers. "Wait Adrien...are we really doing this?!"

"Well I just marked you."

". . ." She shoved him off her, getting up. She took out her phone going on camera to see her hickey on her shoulder. "OH GOD."

"Nice...luckily you can cover it though."

"Stupid cat. If I'm late it's half way your fault."

"It's worth it senpai because you taste like a fragrance. See yah now." He walked out of the locker room, running into a bunch of girls waiting for him.

Nana walked in the locker room with Mei, Vic, and Nicky. "Mari have you seen what Travis us?!" Vic exclaimed showing Mari her phone.

There it showed a video of Hao hanging onto Zhao and Travis. "Is he drunk?" Mari asked.

"Yeah, but what he says he shocking." Said Nana.

"You sound like those click baiters on YouTube." Said Nicky.

"Facts." Piped in Mei.

"The...reason why I joined you losers at the bar was because...hic. I needed to get my mind....off...Marinette....I love her so much. Adrien can go to hell for all I care...."

"He loves you!" Vic announced.

"I already know about that." Mari spoke bluntly.

"Wait, did he confess to your face?" Nana was always down to here the latest news.

"Yeah...but I haven't really you know gave him an answer. Maybe I'll just go on a date with him just to satisfy him."

"I'll set it up!" Mei spoke happily. "Which places are the best?!"

"Guys chill. It's not exactly official yet."

"Oh right...also what happened to your shoulder?" Nicky asked.

Marinette looked down at her shoulder seeing that her shirt was half off along with her jacket. Quickly she covered her shoulder by getting her clothes back on the hickey. "It was a um...suction cup. Yeah it got stuck on there. Can we go to class now?"

"Okay then whatever you say." Vic laughed walking along with the girls.
