All Over Again

Everyone has a first day for everything. First day of school, first birthday and first car. Today was the big day. First day of college has begun for all of the high school graduates. Marinette was still going to stay in her apartment and just use the bus to get to the college which wasn't that far. She also took part in a new job that paid more than her old job. Adrien finally moved back to his father's house and his father didn't care that much. Class C7 went to the same college as Mari and Adrien. Though they started to stop hanging out with each other due to school work and maturity. Somehow Van became the most mature guy out of class C7. In high school he had more of an immature reputation.

In the college they were in they had new uniforms which was almost like their old ones, but they expected girls to wear knee highs and fancier shoes. Boys had to also wear fancy dress shoes and expected their hair to be neat unlike high school. The school colors changed to linen, black, white and sometimes red.

It was fall in Paris. Adrien and Marinette walked around the college to get to their classes mostly because he wouldn't leave her side.

"Why are you getting so annoying all of a sudden. I can walk by myself. I'm not going to get mugged or anything." She huffed annoyed.

"There is too many men here and I don't like it."

"What do you like?" She said sarcastically.

"How come you're busy all of a sudden? We can't even hang out at all even after school."

"I have been very busy lately with my job and stuff."

"The convenience store job is that busy?"

"No, no a new job—" She just realized what she said.

"What new job?"

"NOTHING. LET'S JUST GET TO CLASS." He grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her close to him. "WHAT THE HECK?!"

"Maybe because we are back in freshman year I feel like I aged backwards to a young age once again. Immaturity takes over me once again."

"I thought you were going to beg me to tell you my new job."

"Yeah, that was the second part of it."

"NO."

"Tell me."

"I CAN'T."

"Is it illegal?"

"NO."

"Okay. Then, tell me."

"TONIGHT WHEN I'M OFF. I MIGHT TELL YOU IF YOU LET GO OF ME."

"Okay. Promise me tonight." He kissed her hand.

"Fine..."

They went to their separate classes which was their last class of the day. The class was getting boring so she asked to go to the bathroom just to get out of the lesson. She had AirPods in, not concerned about her surroundings. People would say it was a bad thing and it is, but it was a bad power used for a good cause when it came to what happened next.

"I'm sorry." She spoke quickly when she bumped into someone.

"It's fine...Marinette?" Hao looked down at her and she knew that voice anywhere.

"Hao?"

"I haven't seen you since high school. How are you doing?" He was excited and lost his commitment to stay far from her.

"Good. How about you?" She also forgot what he said to her on graduation day.

"Good, nothing much has been happening lately, but I joined Daiyu Xiong's company and—" He stopped himself realizing he was surrendering his heart to her once again.

"Yeah?"

"I have to go." He started to walk away quickly, but she grabbed him by the wrist.

"Hao, stop. You have ignored me two summers and all of last year since the Japan trip. What is going on?"

"Why do you care so much?! You have a boyfriend! Just stop trying to come after me! Stop making me wanting to love you more! I'm disappointed in you..." He jerked his hand away storming off.

She sighed in defeat walking her separate way. By the end of the day her and Adrien met up in the locker room. "You okay?" He asked her.

"Yeah."

"You sure senpai? Did you strike puberty?"

"W-what no..."

"What is it then?"

"It's..." She clenched her fist on her lap, "it's Hao. He has been ignoring me and whenever I talk to him. He treats me like an enemy and a stranger. It really bothers me to where it makes me go crazy. I don't know what I did wrong to get him like this."

"I saw what happened today. You and him...I saw him yell at you, then he stormed off."

"Why did you ask me then?"

"I knew that you would come through."

"Hey Adrien can I ask you something? Do I ever make you want to ignore me and yell at me whenever I try to talk to you?"

"No."

"Am I doing something wrong?"

"You're not in my eyes. In my eyes you're not perfect and you're not bad. You're the ideal type to me in my eyes. Honestly, your stubbornness is the best thing about you."

"Usually that would be the worst thing about me."

"You're everything I can dream of. I can only love you and I will do anything for you. So..." He got down on his knee and her heart stopped.

"A-adrien no..."

He reached in his back pocket, pulled out his phone and took of picture of her. "Would you be part of my story on Instagram? Excuse to post my girlfriend."

"What....sure?"

"Okay, then. Were you expecting a proposal?"

"NO."

He leaned in closer to her. "Are you sure senpai?"

"Yes..."

He kissed her on the lips and she pulled him closer to her. He ended the kiss and stood up with a strange look on his face.

That is not the look of a good boy.

"Now, I'm going to go beat the crap out of Hao now."

"WHAT? WAIT!" It was too late he sprinted out the door.

Dang, he's fast...
