Hao, Jim, Byeol and Ai all huffed at the statement the clueless businessman made. "You didn't tell me that you were bringing the Marinette Cheng." Jim exploded at Hao.

"Yeah, what is she doing here? Isn't she high class?" Byeol added on.

"WAIT, WHAT?! MARINETTE CHENG?! THE DAUGHTER OF SABINE CHENG?!" Qianfan yelled.

"SHHH!" Jim snapped.

"Oh God." He spoke, looking down.

"What??" Byeol asked.

"Oh God. Oh Goddy God."

"What did you say to her?" Hao asked in concern.

"Hey, I heard the whole conversation with Qianfan and Mari and he didn't know." Ai laughed.

"You knew who she was?"

"He didn't know." They all started to chuckle while the business man grew red of embarrassment.

Dinner time came and it got less stressful because Mari was an extremely likable person. They laughed and celebrated the birthday of Ai Tung. "So Mari," sighed Jim, "what's the life in Paris with a job and with none of the Cheng family money?"

"Stressful at some moments, but it's like a break from the crazy rich stuff."

"I get you." Ai spoke, slumping in her chair.

"Okay, gang." Byeol spoke. "One last piece of mochi left and you know what you gotta do."

"I'll take this one down." Bragged Qianfan.

"Bet." Scoffed Hao.

"What do you do?" Mari whispered to Hao.

"Just pay attention to what we do."

"So, let's start with the business man who is every unfortunate and with the saddest act here." Jim looked at Qianfan while the table cracked up.

"It's me isn't it?" He huffed. "I was unsuccessful for one year and had to live off my parents. Everyone surpasses me in the business world. I've never dated a girl or had a girl fancy me ever since I graduated high school."

"Bull crap, I'll fancy you." Said Ai.

"Really?" He sat up in his seat.

"Yeah. Or I did before you're hair got bad and when you grew that annoying mustache."

"Hey, hey hold up. You get paid a lot of money and even with the partnership with Daiyu Xiong. Unlike Ai here who is living off her father's money." Jim pointed out.

"Aw come on. All of us has partnerships with her. Daiyu Xiong just hates me." The whole table laughed. "I'm speaking facts here."

"You think your life story is bad? I don't even have hair, just split ends. You think with so much money I have I could fix it and even my flat nose? Well no because I don't have the energy too. I got a homely face and a big forehead. I have bangs to cover my forehead. Nobody marries me because my boobies have started to shrink yah know?" Ai spoke while Qianfan started to look.

"Got anything on your part Byeol?" Jim asked.

"Nope, but let's go to Hao because I know he is eying the mochi."

"Ah, yes. We have list for Hao. In fifth grade he got called floppy and burn tart. A girl cheated on him and the guy screwed her in the end in eighth grade. His mom is gone and left him."

"Oh, who can forget the time when he got used as a nerf gun target." Qianfan added.

"Lah, one hit me in the balls." Hao hissed while the table cracked up. "Now, after all the pain and agony can I have the mochi?"

"Alright here you go." He took the mochi from the plate.

"Hey what about me?" Marinette said. The whole table looked at her.

"You? You think you deserve the mochi?" Hao asked in a mocking tone.

"Well, yeah. Just give it a shot."

"Alright then, make it quick it's about to melt."

"Okay, so my original name was Marinette Dupain-Cheng when my father and mother were married. My mother left us for a rich guy in Asia and my father went insane almost killing me. He's gone now which is good and now, my mom doesn't know or seem to know that she has a daughter. When people see me they just have an idea of me. I'm not the Marinette Cheng everyone knows. Then one day when fame is lost and the Cheng dynasty is dead, I will be a middle aged woman who looked like someone who was once famous." The table grew silent the everyone looked at her in pain and pity towards her.

"Nah, you didn't get us." Hao smirked. The table started to laugh once again and she smiled. Time came around and Hao and Marinette had to leave they said their goodbyes. When the door closed the four of them started to let it all out talking about how cool she was. Of course they heard them through the door and Hao had to make up for it, but really no need.

When they got on the jet going back to Paris Mari was very quiet on the back back. "Hey Hao?"

"Yeah?" He asked.

"How long have you known them?"

"Well, for my whole life minus my sister. They are like family to me and they are always there for me even in the bad times. They really don't need people to do stuff for them. They just do it on their own. They are rich enough to hire butlers and maids, but they are not like that. Not all wealthy people have butlers or maids."

"I like them. They are just funny people to hang around."

"Yeah, I understand." At this moment she was getting drunk, sentimental and tired. She rested her head on his shoulder which made him tense up. "Hao...I got a call from my mom and she asked me why I did a photoshoot with Adrien and stuff."

"What happened?"

"She told me that me and her will be having to go to a dinner at the Agreste's home on Friday to discuss business and terms."

"Will you be fine?"

"Yeah, I just...I don't know what my mom will think since the Chengs and Agrestes are enemies. I just want to run away. Honestly, I what I want to do is to be with..."

"Okay, okay time for you to take a break now on talking. Just relax and don't worry about stuff. How much did you drink?"

"One too many Hao Hao..." She trailed off closing her eyes.

"Mari, you are a difficult person," he pushed a strand of hair from her face, "hopefully you are a woman worth waiting for."
