Hao sat on his bed looking down at the floor. He got lost in thought at that moment with words running through his mind making him go mad.

"Do you think you are allowed to fall in love with someone?!"

"I KNOW!" He screamed, flipping over his chair standing up in rage. He looked at his phone picking it up going on his text messages. He was about to text Marinette to ask her what she was doing, but he screwed up. He knew he was going to only break his promise when distancing from her and it will not help him detaching himself from her.

Crap, I have to chase after you. I love you so much Mari. I'm glad I met you. Maybe all it brought you was pain, but...I'm happy we met. Your awkward kindness made me happy. Your smiling face, and your shy face...they both made me so happy. And little by little, over time they became precious. My treasures. I chased you so desperately that day in Japan when you left the beach because I was in love with you. I love you, so I didn't want you to go anywhere. Me being with you meant my feelings hurt you, but...don't cry anymore.

"NOTHING GOOD EVER COMES OUT OF YOU! WHY CAN YOU NEVER PROTECT ANYONE?!"

"BUT IF I COULD BE LIKE YOU, I WOULD BE ABLE TOO! I WANTED TO BE YOU MOM! I COULDN'T PROTECT HER! HE COULD...THAT BLONDE HEADED PIECE OF CRUD SAVES HER! I WANT TO BE HIM AND I WANT TO BE YOU MOM! I FAILED TO PROTECT HER! I WAS ONLY FOOLING MYSELF! MAYBE I AM A SIN MOTHER, MAYBE I AM NOBODY, BUT I KNOW THAT I LOVE HER! I KNOW I AM UNFORGIVABLE! I SEE THE WAY SHE LOOKS AT HIM! IT'S SO OBVIOUS!" He screamed kicking the door down, knocking books off the shelf.

He started to cry softly and his eyes bolted to the wall. He swung a punch at it and made a giant hole in the wall. Slowly he rested his head on the wall. "Let's reboot it all over again. I will never love you...so congratulations to the girl I used to be in love with."

Marinette and Adrien were supposed to go on their trip to Seoul in two weeks, but she got sick on the week they were supposed to go.

"Yeah, you have a fever." Adrien was still living at her place because him and his father haven't been on good terms.

"Crap." She mumbled.

"Okay then, it's noon and you have to eat. I'll be back."

"What? Where are you going?"

"Out." He exited the apartment.

"What do you mean—ADRIEN!"

So now, she was stuck at home by herself while her boyfriend went out to go get something. She was left in the living room laying on the couch watching Fruits Basket from 2019 for the fifth time in the year. She was kind of bummed out that they had to miss out on the trip to Seoul since it was his idea. She had no idea why she just came down randomly. Maybe because she was overwhelmed that Hao snapped all of sudden of ignoring her after the Japan trip.

-FLASHBACK AFTER JAPAN-

After when they returned to Paris they went to their neutral areas. Mari was getting bored and wanted to go to get food with one of her friends.

M: hey. Wanna go get food??

He didn't respond, but later it read:

The fact is though, it was now one, thirty-one. So, she called him. Unfortunately for her, he hung up quickly once when she called.

M: hao y r u not answering???

After that she was getting annoyed, so she went to the class C7 group chat that was dead, but everyone was still in it.

Mari: guys, is sumthing wrong w hao??

Ben: just realized we still have this group chat still-

Nicky: yuh cuz I made it w my heart

Nicky: u will be thankful that I made this one day

Mari: GUYS IS HAO OKAY??

Lu: Hao is in this gc yknow

Mari: ik, but he's not answering me. Did u make him do the silent treatment one like ignoring me for a day like what u see on yt like on the lexi rivera vids

Fen: not me. Zhao what did u do

Zhao: Y ME

Vic: no offense zhao, but I don't blame her

Zhao: bruh- I didn't make him do a thing

Her friends were not that much help.

"WHAT DOES IT MATTER?! ALL I WANT TO DO IS TO BE SUCCESSFUL AND BUILD AN EMPIRE THAT WILL NEVER FALL OVER STUPID BULL CRAP REASONS LIKE LOVE! DON'T GET IN MY WAY AND WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM?! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!"

His words rang in her head. The last words he yelled at her before he stormed off that day. She noticed that he said that he wanted to build an empire and wouldn't let it fall because of love. She knew he loved her and he could never get over her. Maybe he did, but...

WAIT. IS HE GOING TO TURN INTO A YANDRE BOY?!

He did go a little mad, but she doubt he would get that violent because of her. It was getting way too overwhelming for her to think about it anymore.

"I'm back." Adrien came in with a bag as he closed the door behind him.

"How long did that take you? That was fast."

"Twenty minutes."

I must have been lost in thought for a long time.

He got out a container of wonton soup and brought it over to her. He got out a spoon and kneeled down besides her. He blew on it first and held it up to her. "Eat up."

"What? No, no I can feed myself."

"You're so stubborn senpai. I'm feeding you today. Open up now."

"FINE."

She ate each serving she was given from him with pleasure and secretly she enjoyed it. "I know you like me feeding you."

"I DON'T!"

"You suck at lying senpai."

"I know." She blushed nervously, taking another serving.

"Senpai. Are you still going to Asia for college?"

"No. I'm staying here."

Instantly he hugged her. Catching her off guard by his sudden movement. "YOU'RE GOING TO GET SICK!"

"I couldn't give a crap, senpai."
