This is the story of a girl who never found happiness. My hands linger over the trigger, my breathing steady and shallow. My face brushed up against the harden metal of the suppressor, my aim on the target already just waiting for the signal to go. My eyes follow the target with beady eyes, watching them like their my prey. I'm the lion, their the lamb.
There are three main ways a bullet can kill you, first two are simply complex. Extremities. If you miss a major artery and you've got a good ten to twenty minutes until you severely bleed out to an painfully tragic death.
Second way, anywhere in the tens, centre of chest. The bullet will tumble, lots of bone to splinter the heart or the arteries get hit, blood pressure drops to zero rapidly to the verge that you couldn't even be able to breathe from the chest and lungs of blood clogging.
The final way and my favourite ultimate way to kill someone is the kill shot. Right in the middle of the skull, at any particular angle is best. Like a marionette with the strings cut. You're dead before your brain can even process what just happened.
Guns change everything, the person behind the deadly weapon holds the most power of how the person dies. They control the last several moments of the victims life. claiming their shot as a trophy but to me. This third way to kill someone is what helps my humanity, even after all these years of doing this i still hold great emotion inside of me even with all the lives i had taken.
But this feeling inside of me is deadly, i cannot control the training that led to this moment but it's for a good cause. I save people - or that's what they told us Black Widows. This kill shot is quick and simple. The person is dead straight away with no pain involved, no suffering or silent tears for help. Just a pull of a trigger to the middle of the head and they dropped.
The wind breezes against me, sending small tingling shivers dancing across my covered skin. My mouth inhaling soft breaths throw the black covered ski mask with boredom of how long i have been waiting for the signal too shoot. My eyes get weary darting in every direction in the eye lens. Something doesn't feel right.
Not moving my eyes away from the target i move my free hand not on the trigger to my ear piece, "Widow 22 can you confirm the signal?" I spoke, my voice monotone with no emotion. No answer. "Repeat Widow 22 can you confirm the signal?" I said again getting skeptic about this mission.
"Widow 2-"
"22 is unable to take your signal, Tony Stark here shall I take your signal?" A male voice rings out in my ear with a fake Russian accent. I cringe at the sound but quickly, not even bothering to collect the suppresser, i spin on my heel sprinting off to my exit point.
Jumping across the ledge to the nearest building beside me near the Stark building. My legs jump of the containing building that i just jumped on to, folding over into a tumble.
I hear footsteps behind, on my left. My legs pumping faster, my mind already set out on a map of all my exit points but it seem that who ever this person - or people are knows what my plan is already. I frown in concentration coming up with an idea to get out of here fast and without being seen.
My breathing shallow and soft as I calm myself down, I've done this plenty of times whats this time any different. I can hear multiple of footsteps in different ear shots, everywhere I ran. I know this Tony stark person and possible the red haired woman is chasing me. I don't know who else but they sure as hell are fast.
They have a mask covering their eyes and hair which drove me even more insane since I couldn't place who was chasing me but in the city street light I could make out the colours blue and white so this person must be Captain America that I've heard so much about.
