I walked straight into Raynor's office ten minutes later after debating on whether or not to disturb her but when do I ever think about hurting her feelings. She fucked me over last time I saw her. I waltz into her office with no shame, my eyes flaring up as I take in that she has another client sitting on the couch with Raynor writing in her notes before flickering her eyes up towards me.
The receptionist comes running in with me, a security guard by her side as the guard about to reach out for me. "Touch me and I'll skin you alive." I barked out, turning my heated glare towards him as he steps back in surrender when he sees that I won't hesitate to do it.
"I'm very sorry Dr. Raynor, she just came-"
Raynor holds her hand up to stop her from talking. "It's alright Belinda, my apologies I had told her to do this if she needs to talk to me urgently." She explains, sending the receptionist a small smile.
The woman sends me a glare before turning on her cheap red heels with the guard by her side. I watch as the other person in the room look between me and the door in fear. I smile innocently at the young boy, moving my fingertips in a waving action.
"Beat it." I thumbed in the direction towards the door.
He looks scared but he continues to sit there in confidence. "I-i'm sorry l-lady but this is my designated appointment." He started before I sent him a harsh glare, stepping forward.
I shift to stand right in front of him, my hands resting on the arm rests as I stare down at the young 16 year old boy. "Sweetheart, I have very urgent manners to say and if I don't say it right now I'll take all my nerves and frustration out on you."
He gulps, nodding his head before he is grabbing his school bag and shrieking out of here. "Thank you!" I called out innocently with a smug look on my face before I am placing myself completely comfortable on the couch.
Raynor clears her throat, I look up at her with a small smile, she's shaking her head at me. "Seventeen you can't just-"
I hold my hand up to stop her from talking but I started talking so she fully gets the message. "I unfuck you or whatever since the last time I saw you." I said as I ignore her on her up coming rant.
"Uh thanks?"
"I need some guidance."
"That is what i am here for." She exclaimed, setting her note pad on her desk to give me her full attention. "Everything alright?"
"Yea- no, no i am not alright."
"Person, place, or thing." She suggested.
I let out a raspy 2 second chuckle, shaking my head. "Person."
"Oh."
"I told him everything, and i feel like a brick has lifted up from my shoulder from telling him. I feel better, way much better than i was."
"Is that what you believe?" She asks with a smile which seems warm.
I nodded my head with no hesitation, "Yes."
"Good." She applauds, nodding her head in thought. "So tell me how are you feeling right now? She questions, twirling the pen in her hand.
"Overwhelmed, nervous, happy, confused." I shrug, tapping my fingertips on my jeans. "The list goes on."
"Overwhelmed?"
"I- he asked me to be his girlfriend literally fifteen minutes ago." I say, chewing the inside of my cheek. "James."
