"I don't wanna think of anything else now that I thought of you"

Zahra walks down the hallway she knows all to well, her hands are shaking, her facial expression can't be decided on whether to be sad, happy or anger that Bucky didn't even bother to come down to meet her. She knows she might be overthinking it but it hurts that he wasn't at her welcome home celebration. When she had asked where he was, it was Steve that replied that he was in Steve's old bedroom after he and Bucky went to live in a apartment together.

Zahra didn't go straight away, she didn't want to be rude so she mingled about with each person and catching up with them. She met Tristan and let's just say that she now understands why Natasha loves him for his personality. He's like the opposite of her, it's kinda adorable. No it's really adorable and a bit funny on the height difference as well. I love that Natasha finally found someone for herself and for allowing her heart to open up to another person other than me and the avengers mostly Steve.

Wanda and Pietro is who she spent the most talking to, talking about all the pranks Pietro had pulled and what Zahra had pulled with her twins back in Seattle and comparing them. Let's just say Pietro and Wanda are going to have a war with Zahra now on who is the best.

Steve and Zahra had a private conversation just between the two of them, mostly hugging and telling her that she is so strong for everything that she's been through. She cried, laughed and smiled with him for a half hour before going about the others - Zahra and Sam had a fist fight, Zahra won, Sam cried.

After mingling about, this is where she currently is, standing outside Steve's old bedroom with a quivering lip. On the other side of the door, sits the man of her dreams; Bucky who is sitting at the window bay as he looks down below at the crowding city as the lights flicker from the billboards. His mind is on over drunk of overthinking of what to do and want to go down stairs to the lounge to see his girl.

But just like Zahra, he's scared to see him. Which is why they are so perfect for each other it's crazy but at times may find difficult as they are the same in some ways. For instance, they are both over thinkers if that isn't blindly obvious from how long they've been apart, they are to indecisive for their own goods and can't make a decision, they both are black cat energy and both need anger management for life.

However Zahra pushes down her overthinking, and her indecisiveness and raps the door of Steve's old bedroom. Bucky snaps his head towards the closed door, his brows crease in confusion at who would tap the door - Steve would tap but would walk in so it couldn't be him and it couldn't be Natasha as she just comes into the room.

He knows them soft raps - but his mind betrays him to think differently. But he trust his instinct and calls out a come in. Zahra heart strings pull at the sound of his voice, a voice she hasn't heard in so long as she clutched the dog tags around her neck tightly before letting out a breath as a shaky breath escapes her.

She walks into the room.

Bucky watches as the door opens, he sees how the door slowly opens and it takes him a few moments to take in the fact that it was Zahra, his Dawn walking through the door with her eyes flickering right to him when she saw him shift in his spot with surprise clearly written on his face.

They look at each other.

Neither of them don't know what to do, are they supposed to run towards each other, hug or kiss each other? Who's supposed to talk first? I swear both of their over thinking and indecisive too good for their own as they stare hopelessly in longing towards one another. Zahra moves first, this connective pull towards Bucky as he watches her with collecting eyes.
