Nicole gathered the herbs that were needed to make the medicine thanks to her father teaching her. She was used to the cold harsh winds as she stayed outside for most of her so far. She just couldn't figure out why she had to save this human, apart of her felt pity for the person who was bleeding out dying from his wounds. As the chief's daughter there was more responsibility on her end than on her parents. Nicole witnesses everything from the war from afar so much hate and bloodshed lays on the snow.

Once Nicole came back to the hut she noticed the man wide awake and fully conscious. Setting down the herbs in a bowl she begins to mix them up.  She could feel his eyes on her not wanting to look up she kept her main focus on the medicine.

"Why did you save me, child? There is a war still going on have you heard about it" His voice was stern she sensed that he was in the mood to kill.

"Sorry but I couldn't leave a dying man on our land, my mother would have not been happy to see that. Do I not get a thank you for saving your life."

"I heal pretty fast I'm not human but vampire you could say. My master saved me so I'm repaying him by serving him for the rest of my days."

Nicole chuckled slightly as she handed him the crushed herbs mixed with water. "You should still drink it the werewolves out there contain venomous claws one hit and your will evaporate. It's not a pretty sight trust me. Anyways I need you to hurry up and get yourself together I'm on a trial right now. As the chief daughters I'm placed on a very grueling survival trial. if I fail than one of the members would have to erase that part of my memory and make you start over. My mother told me if I fail then we go to the mainlands and live there instead of living in the woods with our tribe. Drink I before it goes bad."

Jasper looked down the bowl cautiously taking a sip of the medicine that the girl had provided for him. It was bitter but had a sweet afternoon taste. "You put blood on this didn't you?"

She laughed grabbing the bowl back from Jasper "Why would I do that, the medicine should work out pretty fine. I see you're looking much better than when I previously found you. I almost felt pity for you. Please be on your way when before I get caught by my father."

Jasper puts the cloak around her shoulders thanking her for today. She whispered something before he left for what he had heard he thought she said: "They are going to erase her memory anyways." He might have just imagined it. Getting back on the field seeing Charles wipe his blade covered in blood with a handkerchief.

"Prince Charles, did we win the war?" Jasper  Seen his master smile at him not understanding what had happened.

"We won those tribal savages don't know what hit them. Now then let's go back. Charles waved his sword around signaling for them to leave. Jasper looked back at the first seeing the Girl stand in the distance with a large looking wolf beside her. Anger rose in her body as she held a look of disguise seeing her people killed by the hands for purebloods. Jasper looked away as he walked with his master.

Jasper felt sad for what he has done but it was ordered that the savages be killed. Now that he is with the person for whom he holds dear to him, Jasper would eventually have to tell her that truth on how they met. He needed to focus on the present and not the past. He kissed her forehead seeing his little lamb brought him joy but the unborn kids that are growing inside her womb are killing been slowly.

Jasper was deep in thought until he felt Nicole's hand on his cheek.

"When are you going to sleep Jasper? We have been reading for thirty minutes if not longer. You should rest." Jasper smiled at her gently kissing the back of her hand.

"If you're tired we can sleep. I scheduled a doctor to come and see you everyday check-ups. Also, there's a ball coming up a festival ball it's mostly a thousand years event with the vampires involved and humans who are wealthy. Again it is up to you whether you want to go or not." Jasper rubbed her baby bump softly "I would hate for you to deliver our kids in a different kingdom."

Nicole kissed his cheek "You have nothing to worry about I feel completely fine now. I would have let you know whether I felt good or not. What is a festival ball anyways?"

"The ball is something to celebrate the seasons in the kingdom. For example, Our Kingdom Snow constantly snows here because of the spell that is bound on this land. Same with Vicar the weather is bright and crips though it rains on certain days the atmosphere in that kingdom never changes. Its for us to sleep it's going to be a long day tomorrow, we have to visit the court council  tomorrow."

Nicole tilted her head slightly"Why do we have to visit them tomorrow is it something important."

"Yes, it's a very important little lamb. They aren't too fond of humans. Serf is trying to increase the distance between vampires and humans. He broke his law when he fell in love with Dixie but since he changed her to a vampire it is not his concern anymore. After all, she's still trying to cope with the change around her."

Nicole rubbed her chin slightly thinking of the whole process that took by "So if he does happen to make this law further in affect what will happen to me? "

Jasper pulls her in an embrace putting his chin on top of her head. "I won't let them take you away from me Nicole. You just need to sit tight and let me handle the rest. You're pregnant with my kids, I need you to focus on them currently."
