"And that was why the third estate created the Tennis Court Oath"

We were still on this shit from yesterday, unfortunately. What was she even talking about?

"Exactly" Mila flashed a smile which she gladly returned.

5 minutes left.

"Any questions?"

4.

"Anybody?"

3.

At this point, everyone in the class had stopped listening and were packing their things into their bags, everyone except Mila of course.

She was too busy writing down something the teacher had just said to realize that the bell was about to ring.

I couldn't help but stare at her in awe. How the hell was she so focused?

If there is one class I wished never existed, that would be the one I was in at that moment.

Social Studies.

Before Social Studies, I had my trigonometry course. I realized that I was pretty good with the trig aspect of math back in high school and I decided that I'd take trigonometry as a course in college..

"Okay, well in that case, remember to go over the chapters 8 and 9-"

The bell rang and everyone shuffled out of the class.

"For your test on Monday" I heard my teacher sigh as I walked out the door.

Well, the rest of the class definitely won't be happy when they find out.

It was now my favourite time of the day. My well deserved lunch break.

If I didn't have anything to eat between my morning courses, I'd literally shut down and Mila would probably have to drag me across the campus grounds.

"Calm down, you're practically drooling" Mila laughed as she caught up to me in the hallway.

"Maybe if I didn't have to wait for you, I'd already have some food"

"You're an overgrown baby" She paused before sighing.

"What surprises me is the fact that you eat so much but you don't gain any weight"

"I'm just lucky like that" I winked, causing her to erupt into laughter.

We made our way to the cafeteria and bought our food. Mila got a Caesar salad, an apple and a juice box while I bought some chicken wings and fries.

"Why did you buy food that's meant for rabbits?" I asked, scrunching my nose at the various greens I saw.

"Unlike you, I happen to gain weight every time I eat junk food."

I couldn't help but laugh as Mila tried to balance all her food onto her small tray.

Luckily for me, my wings and fries came in a small - easy to carry - pack.

"How's it going my dear rabbit?"

"Could you please help?" She whined, pointing at her apple which had fallen off her tray and was now rolling on the floor.

"No. It fell on the fucking floor, you can't eat it"

"Olive, please" She whined again, stressing the 'please'.

"You're so annoying"

I rolled my eyes but went after her apple anyways, clutching my pack of food to my side.
