Five-Star Grand General of the CIS Joseph Kirkpatrick was overseeing with his wives from the N.A.T.O. Command Tower the reconstruction of several buildings as well as houses and compounds by hundreds of construction droids. The territory of the Confederacy of Independent Systems varied in size a great deal currently the in it's long history. As of current, the Confederacy of Independent Systems numbered at several thousand star systems, as well as the various commercial factions with the planets they secured, allied and afflicted under its banner. Joseph's Separatist Council has individuals that represented eight independent galactic governments that made up the Confederacy, including the Trade Federation, Techno Union, InterGalactic Banking Clan, Geonosian Industries, Commerce Guild, Corporate Alliance, Hyper-Communications Cartel, and Quarren Isolation League. These Eight worlds are the capitals of the eight separatist governments, including Neimoidia, Skako, Muunilinst, Geonosis, Castell, Kooriva, Ando and Dac. Although the governments ate affiliated with each other into one galactic government, each plays their own part in the Separatist Alliance under the Grand General himself.
Joseph believes in personal freedoms and a governmental state in service to all peoples regardless of species. Because of his longtime experiences, especially on Mobius he accepts the Force, God, and scientific facts, and has a general dislike of anyone bullying his friends, family, and wives.
Joseph was known for helping people however he can. Everything he does is geared toward protecting bystanders in war and minimizing collateral damage; during the Clone Wars, he specifically programmed the droids under his command to fight according to those parameters. However that does not mean he's weak; a fair follower of the rules of engagement, Joseph has a certain ruthlessness, cunning and as most others would say 'badass' skills for his enemies on the battlefield. Unlike most commanders in the CIS, he has a preference to throw himself right into the heat of war, and has trained and armed himself accordingly. Most in the galaxy saw Joseph as a hero, skilled warrior and pilot, and a purely gifted tactician. Having fought in multiple wars like the First and Second World Wars, Joseph has had to deal with loss; he knew the Bonteri family, and mourned the deaths of Gaius Bonteri, an officer who lost his life to clones on Aargonar. He's also had to deal with the death of one of his superior officers named Admiral Ningo, at the hands of the Republic's victory fleet and Commander Merai during the Battle of Kamino.
"May God and the Force be with us all now and forever." Joseph said in thought as he were doing a natural prayer to the stars looking upwards beyond the stars as his wives did the same in union.
Joseph then looked down at some Eternals and despite what he did they felt his presence and. . . they looked up at him and--nodded at him. Firmly accepting him into the Eternal Order for saving them and mainly of all: Saving their leader.
"Yeessssss!" Joseph muttered to himself nodding back.
