Late at night in one of the many mortuaries somewhere in Sunnydale. Buffy, Xander and I were hidden in three coffins.

I heard one of them open and footsteps before the second coffin opened.

"Hey."I heard Xander say.

"Sorry." Buffy told them, there was a small bead of silence. "Uh Tori?"

Opening my coffin, I was met with Buffy's flashlight, I sat up perfectly, stretching my arms and yawned I might have taken a quick nap.

Buffy and Xander stared at me strangely. I looked back at them.

"What?" I asked.

"Okay I get that your vamp girl." Xander told me. "But do you have to go this far?" He looked me up and down.

"Well, it's not the first time I've slept in a coffin." I told them earning looks. "Not counting the time, I was dead, I mean what do you think we sleep in when we're at Fangtasia." I wiggled in my wooden seat. "Although this one could use some padding, maybe cool speakers to listen to music, I could sleep in this."

They continued staring at me, I rolled my eyes and lifted myself out of the coffin and got out, I reached over to another coffin beside me and tapped on it.

It opened and Nick got out, he looked well rested too.

"We have 33 minutes just a reminder." I told them. "Let's get this done so I can get home to my child, it's a school night."

They nodded.

"Since when do we go through all this trouble for one lousy vampire?" Xander asked. "Excuse me one lousy potential vampire?"

"Vampire by vampire." I told him.

"It's the only way I know how." Buffy added.

There was a knocking sound from one of the smaller coffins.  We walked closer, Nick opened it.

Dawn got out looking cramped.

"I think this thing has a freaking child lock on it." She said gasping for air.

"Shh." Buffy told her.

"Look I know it's our job." Buffy said gesturing between her and I.

"No, no, I'm sorry." Xander told us. "I wanna help. I guess I've been a bit stressed out lately. I'm sorry I took it out on you."

"No big." I told him crossing my arms. "Been kinda stressed myself."

"Well, the whole Willow sitch is not unstressifying." Dawn said. "I mean she's here but not 'part of the gang' here and hopefully not 'under my feet in another dimension' here."

"There's Willow." Buffy said. "There's the looming humongo bad. And like Tori said it's a school night. I should be home in bed, cuddled up to my insomnia and worrying about how I'm gonna mess up tomorrow."

"You'll be fine." Dawn told her. "You'll be a great counselor."

"It's my first week actually talking to the kids." Buffy said. "What if their problems are all weird and tricky."

"I think you underestimate your familiarity with the world of weird and tricky." Xander told her.

"You talk to Nick and Dawn all the time and you're great with Livy." I added. "This job is perfect for you."

"Check out perfect me." Buffy said walking over to a casket containing a dead woman. She shined the light on the woman's face, inspecting her. "Taking my sister on an educational outing to the-"
