(Victoria's POV)

"This is so unfair" Buffy complained we were on a field trip at the museum with our entire class and a few underclassmen.

I was actually happy to go. I loved history and old things I had my sketch book in my backpack a camera around my neck and hoped to take some good pictures.

We walked past the rose gardens; I took a quick picture of it.

"I don't think it's that bad" I told her.

"It's the Ueber-suck Mom could've at least warned me" Buffy said.

"Well, a lot of parents are doing it this year, it's part of this whole cultural exchange magilla." Roman said. "The exhibit.... the dance."  He trailed off looking at Will for a second.

"I have the best costume for the dance!" Willow said happily.

"A complete stranger in our house for two weeks. I'm gonna be insane." Buffy told us. "A danger to myself and others within three days, I swear."

"I think the exchange student program's cool" Xander said, Buffy gave him a look. "I do it's a fruitful melding of two cultures."

"Have you ever done an exchange program.?"

"My dad tried to send me to some Armenians once. Does that count?" Xander asked.

I shook my head.

We walked up the steps to the building entrance and walked in. I grinned pulling out my camera and taking pictures of a few paintings

I loved museums it always reminded me of all the stories my grandparents told us. The history, the true history of it anyway. The history books don't tell the whole story. Like how my father and grandfather fought in World War II, or how Godric was friends with King Charles II and many noble figures.

My grandparents have been around for a really long time.

I had a huge love for history and cultures.

I ignored the conversation between them and Cordelia, too wrapped up in the culture and caught on to Xander's last comment.

"There's no melding, okay? he better keep his parts to himself."

"What's he doing?" Buffy asked.

I looked up seeing them looking at Rodney. One of our geeky classmates.

"That's Rodney Munson" I told her.

"He's god's gift to the bell curve." Xander said.

Another student went up to Rodney and he growled at him, I raised my eyebrow.

"What he lacks in smarts he makes up in a lack of smarts." Xander said annoyed.

"You just don't like him cause of that time he beat you up every day for five years." Roman told him, making Buffy, Willow and I chuckle at him.

Xander glared at him.

"I better stop him before he gets in trouble." Buffy said smiling.

"I got it" Willow told her. "The non-violent approach is probably better here."

Willow walked over to him.

"I wasn't gonna use violence. I don't always use violence." Buffy said looking between Xander and I. "Do I?"

"The important thing is you believe that." Rome told her.
