SHE didn't know what to do anymore. it's happened so many times at this point that she can't even trust the father of her unborn kids. the fact that her kids might have to grow up in two separate homes broke her.

a new article came out this morning while she was leaving the house. he had already gone to work which she was thankful for.

the article killed her.

"BACK AT IT AGAIN? AUSTIN BUTLER AND VANESSA HUDGENS HAVE RETURNED!" was the headline, and that alone told her all she needed.

she had been betrayed, not just her, but the twins had been too. how could he be so stupid?

remember last time this happened? when she entered her reputation era but it was short lived because he came back? yeah well, this was the last time. she was done with his shit.

obviously, her kids deserved a dad, but did their dad deserve kids? absolutely not.

she got into the car and strapped herself in, driving off. she connected her phone to the bluetooth and left him a voicemail.

"hi austin! just wanted to pop in and check on my favourite person ever! i really appreciated the part of our relationship where you lied straight to my face and cheated on me, all while i was carrying our children but you know, oh well! i'll make sure to send you a post card when they're born! have fun with my home girl vanessa!" she put on a high pitched voice.

she sighed, staring at the road. she hoped no one else had seen the article because then everyone would know how much of a mug she looked like.

and she couldn't even post anything about it because they had never gone public, sure they had been seen out together once but nothing else. the media didn't even know she was pregnant. 

it was all meant to work out.

they were going to have the twins and be a happy family.

they were going to get married and have a huge wedding.

and austin always talked about getting a puppy and naming it snoop dog, but look how that turned out.

fuck him anyway. lying bastard. 

maybe it wasn't the best idea to fly to new york alone at eight, nearly nine months pregnant, but she done it anyway.

it was the only place she could go where she knew he wouldn't come find her.

and that's all she wanted. peace.
