29. Fan expo Canada (Joseph POV)

Enjoy this chapter not really what happened there made most of it up but enjoy

It's Thursday and im in Toronto Canada for the fan expo. Im getting myself ready to head out to the event. I saw Jamie last night and were in the same hotel. Its nice doing these things with a good friend. Once im ready I hear a nock at my at my door so I go over and open it up.

"Hey mate you ready to go?" Jamies says smiling at me.
"Just need to grab a few things hold on.." I say and grab my phone and cigarette then head out of my hotel room.

"So ready for day 1 of craziness?"
"Not at all." I say with a laugh
"At least our booths are close ."
"And hopefully we can take a lunch brake at the same time." I say.

We get to the lobby of the hotel and walk outside for a quick smoke as we wait for the van to pick us up.

"So have you texted Amara at all?"
"Last night I did before I passed out."
"How's she doing?"
"She's doing pretty good I asked Ashley to make sure she sees her eating."
"Its tuff to lose a good friend like she had and you're a wonderful person to try and help her through it."
"I really care about her and it broke me to see her brake down like that." I say and take a drag off my cigarette.
"I can tell. So have you made it like fully officially?"
"No."
"Bloody hell why not?"
"Im planing on asking her in Paris when we go next month."
"Oh really. Your taking her to the Dior show?"
"Yeah I asked her to come and her boss gave her time time off."
Does that mean your going to brake your silence on the status of you two?" James asks
"Only if shes ok with it but im not going to be like oh hey everyone this is my girlfriend. If im asked if im seeing anyone in an interview and shes ok with it ill says yes. I mean thats if she wants to be 💯 official."
Jamie shakes his head. "Amara is going to say yes im telling you."
"I hope so, god I haven't a girlfriend since 2019."
"Thats a while mate."
"Its been around that time for Amara to I think."
"I feel like you 2 were made for each other or something." He says with a laugh
"I dont know if id go that far, but shes pretty perfect. At least so far im sure as things go farther were bound to but heads at some point."
"Which is completely normal." Jamie says and tosses his cigarette out.

I finish mine up and toss it out just in time for me to see our van pull up and Daisy steps out from the back.

"Hello boys ready for a fun day fun?"
We both laugh. "Stressful yet fun." I say
Jamie and myself climb into the van and Daisy gets into the front. Once were all settled in we head off to the venue.

"Hey ware is Jasmin?"
"Shell be there when we get there. She left early to make sure everything was good."
"Jasmin is a sweet girl." Daisy says looking back at us.
"That she is."

Suddenly my phone goes off so I pull it out of my pocket and see its a text from Amara.

Amara💜- just wanted to wish you a good 1 day. Hopefully its not to crazy but i think it will be. 😜

I chuckel then text back.

Me- im sure its going to be crazy its going to be a long 4 days thats for sure.

Amara💜- lol tell Daisy and Jamie i say hi.

Me- i will hope work is going good ill text or call you tonight.

Amara💜- thanks and i cant wait.

I smile and put my phone back into my pocket.

"Amara says hi."
"She really is a sweet girl to." Daisy says
"She definitely is." Jamie says. "She's easy to talk to and can be pretty sarcastic and witty."
"Some of the many reasons I like her." I say. "Have you keep in touch with her brother at all?"
"Here and there, but its just random."
"Oh did you hook up with Amara's brother while in Chicago?" Jamie asks her.
"Yes, I did actually." She says with a laugh
"And when did you find the time for that?"
"Amara and I gave them our passes for the festival and they went Saturday night then Aiden took her back to his place for the night."
"Well look at you 2 being alike hooking up with a brother and sister." Jamies says with a laugh.
"I haven't hooked up with Amara." I say
