43. Ill Make It Up To You*

"Amara." I hear Beth call to me.
"Yeah whats up?" I say as I walk over to her.
"We ran into a problem."
"What how?" I reply and look over to the computer she was just at.
"Thats the problem." She says pointing to the screen for me.
"Shit, ok come on sit down were working this out now we have only have a few hours let till we need to send it to Ben." I tell her then me and her sit down and get to work trying to fix the problem.

About 20 minutes later I have it all figured it and was able to to  show Beth what I did to solve the problem..

"Thank you for showing me how to work through that."
"Well I wouldn't be that good of a boss if I didn't help you grow now would I?" I say with a smile.
"Not all bosses are like that though."
"Yeah that's true but like I said then I wouldn't be a 'good' boss" I smile and wink.
She laughs and I get up then head back to my office and get on my computer to keep working.

The day seams to drag on and it's probably because I keep looking at the time and can't wait for work to be over with. I've definitely miss Joseph and I'm glad we made up. So im looking forward to this weekend and to see what we get to do. We both want to keep it low key maybe do dinner one night but other then that maybe just stay in, or a movie. We're not sure whats playing though.

Soon enough it's 5 pm and its time to leave and I gather my things together I see Ashley waiting by the door.

"Are you going ou tonight?" I ask her.
"Yep, me Logan, Luke and Jen."
"How are you and Logan doing by the way. You guys have been hanging out a lot now. Have to two?" I say raising an eyebrow.
"No we haven't. Like you were taking it slow and getting to know each other. He's really sweet kinda like Joseph." She says with a smile.
"Not surprised there best friends anyway." I say as we head to the elevator.
"Well after your weekend with Joseph we all need to hangout again."
"Oh god yes it's been a while since all of us have gotten together."
We get to the lower floor and head out of the building and down the street to the bus stop.

We keep chatting till the bus comes and on the way home just talking about this weekend and what were both hoping to do. When we get off the bus there's actually a few reports out front but like always we ignore them and Ryan is there anyway so we're able to get into our house quickly. Once in I head up to my room and change into a pare of jeans and a black sweater then go and pack a bag for the few night I'll be at Josephs house. I put it some just plain cloths to relax in and a couple of cute ones incase we end up going anywhere besides dinner. Once I have everything packed I grab my phone and text him im going to be leaving for the train soon and let him know the time I should be at the stop by his place.

Joseph🎸- okay ill be at the station waiting for you 💋
Me- cant wait ill see you in a little bit.
Joseph- seen you soon darling.

I smile when I read that. I can hear his voice saying that Darling and it almost makes my knees go week. I shake my head at myself grab my bag and head down stairs.

"Well it looks like your all ready to go." Ashley says from the living room.
"Yep just grabbing my keys and im off. When are you going out?"
"Logan will be here at 6:30 so what in a hour and were going to head out together."
I smile at her. "Well have fun tonight and dont get to wild." I say with a wink.
She laughs. "Well you go and have makeup sex with Joseph. Im sure it will be crazy." She tells me with a big grin.
"Haha aren't you funny."
She laughs. "Oh you know I am."
"Alright but I bet you anything your going to be making out with Logan tonight."
She rolls her eyes. "Yeah ok."
"Your going to tell me everything or ill ask Jen what she sees."
"On my god Amara just go." She says laughing.
"Ok ok im going, have fun ill see Sunday."
