Regrets (Poem)

I regret..

The moment we first met, I was caught by your eyes.. 
Your beautiful smile, the time you look my way..
But..
Someone owns my heart back when..

Suddenly, I often think of you.. 
How's your life, how you've been going through? 
Maybe it's wrong to have those thoughts
But I couldn't deny it, yet I ignored my heart.. 
For somebody, already owns that part..

Years later, my love left me wounded
Then here you came, at unexpected moment..
The feelings I once had for you, had begun to developed..
But somebody owns you now, he owns that part of your heart I once dream of having a portion of..

And I regret, I didn't pursue you..
I might be happier, not feeling blue..
But, it's too late..
It may be impossible also..
I'm willing to wait..
But it's no use of doing so..

We can't be..
We can't have-- me and you..
But I'm thankful,
For you are now a part of the new chapter I created, with one of a few..
