I know that chasing you in every crowd would lead me to nothing. It's like watching the vast number of stars in the night sky, without any certainty of finding the brightest star just with my naked eyes. If you only knew how much it would take me just to be with you, and yet I also know for some reason that it's closest to impossible. Nevertheless, I decided to sit in the bench that I've found near the shore and gazed after the sunset. With this view, I realized that letting go isn't a bad thing to do at all-- just like watching this sunset, it gives me hope that someday I might appreciate it more than watching the night sky. It's another way of saying that, letting go could be beautiful, than being stuck in a dark view and continue searching upon something that's beyond our reach nor way out of our control. Those views are both breathtaking, but you are the star that I could never have the chance to hold onto, and I should be contented by watching the setting sun than to ever search for you in the night, my love. I should have known better, you're the one that I could never have.
