Want to Forget You (2013) - Poem

I know it's hard to forget the one you love
For your feeling still keeps burning up
And it's hard to know that you can't help yourself
Who keeps on hoping for a little chance..

It's been so long since then
You left my heart and break it
But memories are keep on coming
With the past that we have shared..

And guess I know, we're never meant to be
So I really have to set you free
Cause you deserve the one you need the most
And now I'm ready enough to let you go..

It's been so long since then
My tears have tired of flowing
But why still I keep on holding
Those memories that we have shared?

I found myself pretending
Alone in the dark and keeps on crying
For I know that you are still here
Here in my heart, and I can still feel..

The softness of your hand and with it's touch
Those things I have loved to hold so much
The warmth of your breath when you've talked to me
I've always felt it those times you were near..

But everything now in my life has changed
With the years that slowly fades
Just like how your love for me
It come and go so quickly.. 

Please help me how to start a new.. 
By having myself the want to forget you.. 
By letting myself want to forget you.. 
I really want to forget you..
