Love Shortcut (Poem)

I once walked in a labyrinth

Searching for something within me

I myself was a tricky maze

Deprived with emotions

Lost in my own feelings

Then, you came and shed a light

You brought warmth through the coldest and darkest of my nights..

You were my rock, you were my solitude

And, freedom was I felt near you

But, that happiness weren't meant to last long

I've tried to stand still, yet the waves keep crashing in

You became a storm, that ripped my heart deep within

You have once saved a broken soul

Hence, you caused me unbearable sorrow..

Was it timing?

Am I too late? Nor this must be too soon?

I hope my whispers will be heard by the moon

Since I couldn't even say those things to you face to face

As memories of you might be like one of my hazy days..
