Your eyes squinted against the stunning sunset of fierce, orange hues. The vibrancy left the shoreline staggering as a silhouette beneath the flaming sun. Waves along the ocean rippled, carrying off vibrant streaks of orange light in the process. A gentle, salty breeze brushed passed your fingers. You peered over the edge of the boat, admiring the waters below as they lapped at the sides of the ship. The anchor had been cast, leaving the boat to idly sway from side to side in a melodic motion. You sat upon the white cooler, elbows propped upon the side of the boat as you observed the soothing water and drifting clouds.
Leaning over the boat's edge to peer at the water stood March 7th, her gradient eye colors shimmering as she admired the lapping waters. "Look, Reader!" She cooed as she pointed to a school of small, beige-colored fish. Your gaze flicked over to the barely noticeable sea creatures, beaming upon spotting them. "They're so little," you reached your hand beneath the surface, submerging your hand from your fingertips to your wrist. "Haha, and curious!" You chortled a laugh as your fingers curled around one of the fish, gingerly cradling it in your palm. You slowly removed your hand from the water, showing the scaly fish to March. With glittering hues, she accepted the fish in her hands. "You're so cuute~!" Squealed she. She then gingerly set the fish free, back into the water with its school. Huffing, she got down onto her knees to watch the islands and birds. You briefly pat her head several times as you began birdwatching.
Meanwhile, Caelus rushed out from the cabin with his gloved hands clawed to the air. Dan Heng burst out from the suffocatingly overheated cabin. He briefly swished his hand about to deter Caelus— and the small child following him. Hook held a fly swatter in her miniature hands. "No, stay back." Growled Dan Heng. "Ooooh," Caelus then cackled, "I'm gonna getcha—!" He hurtled towards Dan Heng. Hook immediately laughed hysterically, the yellow ponytails in her hair swishing in a gentle breeze. She wore an oversized t-shirt of pure white, that shirt probably belonging to her father. Unfortunately, Seele wasn't there that day. Just her wife, Bronya. Bronya had been resting in the cabin, leaving Caelus to babysit— a horrible decision.
Dan Heng captured Caelus in his arms, "Caelus, set a good example for the kid! You could fall." He scolded the gray-haired boy with a very stern, angry-mom stare. Caelus lifted his head, audibly huffing. "You're such a humbug, Dan Heng." "I am not a humbug." "You are though," Caelus then swirled about on his heels, stumbling towards you as though he'd had too much to drink. He then briefly chuckled, beaming at both you and March. "Sorry, did we disturb this peaceful moment?" His expression changed to that of a kicked puppy. You grinned up at him, patting the long cooler. "Not at all. I was waiting for you, bud." A prideful laugh followed Caelus excitedly striding up to the cooler—
