• He loves talking with you. In fact, you're one of the few people that he will genuinely ramble to. Whether he's talking or listening, he loves being with you. Even moonlit walks stick with him, standing out in his memories for as long as he will continue to live.
• Acts of service.
• If you talk with him enough, he'll learn all about your favorite things. Eventually, he'll start surprising you with those things. Sometimes he'll fold your clothes for you. Other times, he'll braid your hair in the morning. And if he cannot do those, he makes sure to text you to check on you. Nothing is more important to him than showing how much he cares.

• On you; He really likes to kiss you on the forehead or lips. That, or he'll adorn your freckles/beauty marks in kisses. He also enjoys kissing the back of your hand occasionally.

• However, he has a weak spot for quality time. He loves listening— that or just being heard. Whenever you want to spend time with him, it's as though all of his troubles dissolve.

• Dan Heng trusts you so much that you end up sleeping in the archives most nights. Just to be near you is such a dream to him, you don't even have to hold him(but you would, anytime and any day).
• He often has nightmares. Instead of being awoken by Pom-Pom, the fuzzy conductor rushes to find you. This way, you can quietly offer him your love, support— and the food Pom-Pom made for him.
• According to Welt, Dan Heng is extremely lonely. Since you wished for him to finally feel like he could relax, you decided to brew two delicate cups of tea and sit with him. He tends to stay awake all night anyways, so all you two did was talk. Sitting on the mattress on the floor, imagining yourself drifting off in space with nothing present but his voice, you found a new meaning to relaxing with tea.
• Random hugs became a custom for you both. After returning from the Luofu, Dan Heng definitely wasn't mentally stable. So, next time you saw him, you hugged him and cradled the back of his head gingerly. He has spoken his gratitude many times, thanking you profusely for doing that.
• Dan Heng shows you random trinkets that he thinks you'd like. Also, he tends to give you rocks. You have kept every rock he gave you and carefully tended to it daily like it's some sort of precious plant.
