"you don't fuck anyone, do you understand?" Both Greyson and Nathan stood over Jax, both looking incredibly serious.
"who do you two think I am?" he held his hand over his heart and pretended to be offended
"a whore" Xander muttered from the side
"me? nooo" he waved Xander's remark off
"Jaxon I mean it" Nate warned one last time, "you sleep with nobody"
"you're no fun" Jaxon sighed as he stood up and headed towards the door, "no fun at all"
"i'm trying to prevent an international custody battle" Nate shouted after him.
He looked back at me and shook his head knowing his words were falling on deaf ears.
"you can't say you didn't try" I smile, trying to hold back my laughter
"whatever" he rolled his eyes, "I better go" he kissed the top of my head before running after Jax, "I love you"
"I love you too" I waved
He and the rest of the boys were away to deal with work things which was unfortunate but this was a business trip of some sorts not a holiday.
Nate needed to get a feel for over here and understand how to improve communications over the water.
We were all pissed about it, especially Jax, considering today was his birthday. He, unlike the rest of us, didn't care for the bad birthday luck thing.
Nothing bad had happened so far so fingers crossed.
"guess what?" Mila appeared behind me.
"what?" I spun around to face her
"your mom said she'd watch Toby, so me and you have the day free" she did a little dance
"oh yay" I squeal, excited to finally do something fun for a change, "i'll go grab a coat then we can go"
I ran up the stairs before she could say anything else and started rummaging through my wardrobe.
"no, no, no, ahah!" I pulled one out and threw it on as I was making my ways back down the stairs.
Mila was standing there where i'd left her, still waiting.
"ok i'm ready to go" I grin
"great" she smiled
We both head towards the door and as I open it, i'm greeted with a few familiar faces. Ones which I hadn't seen in months.
"so it's true!" Victoria's familiar glare met me, "you are alive"
She pushed her way in, passed both me and Mila, clearing a path for Lucille, Lucas and Joel to follow.
"who said I was dead Tori?" I watched as she flicked her red hair back.
Something she's always done.
"you disappeared Eva... like off the face of the fucking planet" she began ranting.
Mila stood beside her looking completely confused. I watched as Joel and Luke checked her out.
If only one of our boys were here right now, this probably wouldn't feel as damn awkward.
"your parents wouldn't tell us were you were, you wouldn't answer our calls... we all genuinely believe you were dead - we mourned you"
"you mourned me?" I blinked unable to fully comprehend what she was saying
"i'm glad you're okay though" Lu wrapped me in a hug and gave that same old sweet smile. She'd been the friend I had missed, not as much Tori.
