(AN: What time is it I hear you all ask, loyal readers? Oh yeah, you know what time is it! Data time! Now, now. Settle down you lot. I know you all love hearing the numbers, more than the story itself even. Last week I set out to test a theory (A GAME--). Whether the story would get more views if there was a woman on the cover, instead of our goofball, lovable Doomsday. Hold your breaths, the results may shock you, or not...

There was a big initial bump, even larger than the two chapter drop, and it was looking promising, but the initial jump quickly fizzled out. Even with the cover change, the numbers went back to their normal average. What have we learned? Well, it seems that my plan didn't work very well, but that could have also been because of the image I used. I'm going to run another experiment with my Marvel story, but with a more explicit image, and see the results. After that, I'll compare them, and we'll see whether its a complete failure, or a marginal success.

Also, three thousands likes is crazy to me. We'll probably reach ninety-thousand reads soon too, if the story continues to grow. I always think about how I started this because I was bored and lonely away at school. And I thought that I could write a pretty good fic and had some pretty good ideas after reading them for so many years. Now I have more than a hundred followers and three pretty decent works that are growing (albeit slowly but steadily). Didn't ever really expect to find so much enjoyment from writing, but I think I'm slightly addicted to it now. And I'm still constantly coming up with new ideas for stories.

Will I ever actually finish a story? Never! Anyways, always appreciate the support as always, and hope you enjoy...)

[Stan's Diner, New York City]

"Here's your usual, on the house as always." An older omnic woman marched past, smiling at the city's resident superhero. Clark nodded with a bright smile. "People will start thinking I'm broke, but I appreciate it." The waitress refused his money. "No, it's the least we can do. Stan himself says so."

"Tell Stan I appreciate it." He responded, and then she collected the rest of their orders. A few large late morning breakfasts. Though, [Y/N] couldn't help but find the interaction almost sickly. He had never been met with such gratitude. Was he being a little bitter? Sure. It didn't really matter, not to him anyways. "And what do you want me to get you?" The waitress asked him. He raised a hand. "Nothing, I'm good."

"You might as well get something!" Rose shouted at him. He rolled his eyes. "Fine, some water, please." The omnic gave him a funny look, but wasn't going to question the friends of Superman, leaving them to their business. "Not hungry?" Clark asked. [Y/N] shook his head. "I don't need to eat regularly." He answered bluntly. "Not even a warm drink? The coffee here is great." Superman continued. "Doesn't affect me."

He grinned back. "Neither. I get all the nutrients I need from the sun. If it tastes good though I wouldn't ever turn it down." All three looked at the alien with bewildered looks. "L-Like a plant?" Rose asked. He laughed. "Sure, I'm like a plant."
