Amethyst:

The second night came soon enough and we found ourselves in the black abyss once more. But this time, it was quite different than the last time. We heard sinister laughter and a strange figure showing up then disappear less than a second afterward. At that moment Summer ordered us to get behind her once again. "Enough games already! Show yourselves, damnit!" She yelled. "Very well then." A menacing voice said.
The two figures then made themselves known to us. The first one was a female pig entity with crimson red skin and hair, brown clothes and red eyes with yellow pupils; the other one was also a female pig spirit but with dark gray skin and hair with dark red and regular red clothing, one eye was blue with a green pupil and the other was green with a blue pupil. Who were they and what exactly did they want from us? I then heard Summer yell: "Who the hell are y'all?!"

"Good question." The crimson one said. "I am Diane; Diane Darcy Devil."

"And I am Gabriella; Gabriella Garnet Glitch." The other one said.

Summer: "What exactly do you two want from us?"

Diane: "We don't want nothing much, we just came to let you know we're not on your side, but rather the enemies, the dark side, as some like to call. I am the ruler of the Mauvais Spirits Division and Gabriella here is the ruler of the Corruption Realm, those who stumble into the Realm will come back out corrupted."

Gabriella: "If any of you are interested to join, you can come to us at any time."

"Join y'all?" I asked, coming from behind Summer. "By the looks of it, we will never in a thousand years ever join y'all. The true devil may have tempted our lord and savior and our true king, but you both will not tempt us into doing anything or believe in something that is in no way true!"

Diane: "Ha! You think you're so brave, kid?"

Amethyst: "I'm just telling y'all the facts and standing up to what I truly believe."

Diane: "I see."

Summer: "Amethyst–"

Sadie: "The both of y'all might as well back off and leave all of us alone. We don't want to cause any harm to you, if you leave us alone, we'll leave you alone."

Jemma: "Yeah, so the of y'all might as well get lost and take your horrible offer with you."

At first, they did not respond to us, they just looked down at us with dismay in their eyes. It was not long until Diane said: "Then so be it, we will leave you alone for now but be aware that we will return later."

"But remember this," Gabriella said. "When the clever ones who know better than the rest, will eventually meet the consequences if they make the wrong decision out of curiosity. And when they do, everyone that is good will take a turn for the worse."
The two then left, leaving us confused with what we were told that night.

I later woke up and found myself back in the real world. "Thank the Lord it was all just a dream." I said to myself, laying back down to go back to sleep. I would have to rest either way, for tomorrow would be our first day of being productive in the Forest.

Yet, Gabriella's words came to me: When the clever ones who know better than the rest, will eventually meet the consequences if they make the wrong decision out of curiosity. And when they do, everyone that is good will take a turn for the worse.

What exactly was it supposed to mean? What did it even mean? That was something we would later learn soon enough.
