Bellatrix:

Speed.

The sixth power that had been proposed by BoulderHeart upon suggesting it to the leaders which was then approved to be the sixth power. Those who went on to possess this power would be given the ability to send powerful shockwaves that blast an enemy off of their feet and perhaps even hit a nearby tree. The last one to have inherit this power was SwiftTail up until his eventual, yet sudden death. And I was told that I would be the next one to inherit this power when the time came.

StoneFoot:

Hyperacusis.

The fourteenth power that had been suggested by CrowWing upon finding Sage, her brothers and sisters out in the woods during a patrol, where he had decided that she and her siblings would be the chosen animals to represent the second eight Protectors of the forest— those who went on to possess this power who be given a great sense of hearing; especially hearing things that were miles away and to know what the enemies of the forest were up to, what they were planning to do, and when they were going to attack. The last animal to have inherit this power was TallEar up until his eventual, yet sudden death. And I had been chosen to represent this power.

And the time would come when we would find out what our powers had in store for us.

Date: June 16, 2020.

On that day in the Night Runners Division, we went on to carry out our duties as usual and later that afternoon, me and Bellatrix talked with Chief GorseHunter, SnowHeart, and ChestnutNose about teaching other positions hunting moves like how they are taught fighting techniques whether they chose to train as a fighter or not in the case the Division was in desperate need for food. "Well, I believe it's fair if all positions learned hunting moves since they are taught fighting moves even if they did not choose to become a fighter when they became apprentices at five months of age." I replied. "After all, it shouldn't just be the ones who chose to become hunters and fighters doing all the hunting. So, why not-- h-hang on a minute..." I stopped mid-sentence where in the distance not that far from where we were standing, I could hear Abigail demanding: "You can do what you like to me, but just let IvoryClaw go!"

Voice: "As you wish, McConnell."

It was then followed by the sound of Abigail choking and uttered: "Is... that all you've got to offer?"

Voice: "There's more."

Then I heard what sounded like whoever was harming them, flinging Abigail against a tree, causing her to scream out in anguish, loud enough where we could hear it from where we were. And that was enough for me to say: "IvoryClaw and Abigail are in trouble! We need to save them now!" And without anyone stupidly questioning why they needed to be saved, we ran quickly to save them from trouble.
...
Bellatrix:

As we were making our way to the scene, somehow, I darted off faster than anyone else and within just two seconds, I was at the spot where Abigail and IvoryClaw were and I could see Nathaniel torturing Abigail while a tod fox held IvoryClaw to the ground where she couldn't even move to escape from his grasp and get help. I stepped immeidatly and grabbed him by his scruff and throw him off of her so she could get up. "Are you all right, IvoryClaw?" I asked. "I am now, Bellatrix. Thank you." She replied, scrambling to her paws. "Your father and the rest are on their way. I need to hold of whoever comes your way while I save my sister." I then sprinted off quickly and bit one of the black tenticals that came from Nathniel's back that he was using to hurt Abigail; he let a shriek of pain all while he lost grip of Abigail and she fell to the ground and I was right by her side at an instant. "Are you okay, Abby?" I asked; I could see that her nose and her mouth were bleeding and I could partially see that she had a scar that ran from her upper left cheek down to her lip and all the way down to the right side of her lower jaw. She looked at me and said: "I thought I would be able to take Nathaniel in a fight, but apparently not."

Nathaniel: "Who's the strong one now, yappy mutt?"

Bellatrix: "You have no right to talk to my sister like that or hurt her!"

Nathaniel: "I said I would not hesitate to hit a woman of any age, did I not?"

Bellatrix: "You have about five second to leave now or else."

Nathaniel: "Or else what?"

Chief GorseHunter: "Or else you'll pay the price for touching my daughter!"

Just then, Chief GorseHunter jumped out and pounced onto Nathaniel, ripping part of his shirt collar off before spitting and fabric out of his mouth and snraling under his breath to Nathaniel: "I can promise you that once you learn from this. You're going to think twice about coming near me or anyone my family in that matter ever again." He then swiped his paw against the right side of his face before biting down on his neck, choking him. "Father, stop! He's proabably had enough by this point!" IvoryClaw begged. Chief GorseHunter stopped and got off of him and demanded the intruder: "Now, all of you leave before I do the same thing to you as I did to him!" Without trying to fight back, they all left and I felt a sense of relief knowing that we had yet again experienced another instence of our powers making themselves known to us for a brief moment to help those who were in need of it and I did not have to ask myself what happened as I already knew from the start but Abigail, curious, asked me: "How exactly did you guys know we needed help and how did you get here so fast?"

Bellatrix: "Let's just say me and StoneFoot's powers made themselves known to us and thanks to that, we knew that you and IvoryClaw needed help and we came to your rescue."

Abigail: "Thank you for saving us. And now I know that this is in fact no laughing matter."

Bellatrix: "Anytime and I'm glad to know that you're getting the hang of it."
