Chapter XXI: What is Wrong With Me?

Sadie:

Date: July 21, 2020.

"Well, now that we've taken care of all of that, we'll rest here for the night and continue on with our duties tomorrow morning when the sun comes up." Aurora told al of us

AntlerClaw: "I know that's right!"

StoneFoot: "It sure is!"

Sadie: "Yep, and it also takes more than one to finish the job! Especially when it comes to…" 

Just then I felt a bit… strange. Like, something was off and I hardly knew a thing about it until it happened later on; it felt like my head was spinning and my vision was getting blurry for no apprent reason in the matter. What is going on with me? I began to feel dizzy and felt like I was going to fall over. "Sadie, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Jemma asked me. But I did not answer back and all I did was stumble and then began to faint.

Commander Aurora:

"Sadie!" I called out as I rushed over and grabbed her just before she hit the floor followed by Scarlett and the rest of the group coming to check on her as well. "Oh my god, what happened?" Jemma asked, sounding worried. "I don't know, but we need to put her in the solintary room, now!" I replied as Amethyst anf I picked her up and we all headed to the solitary room. Bella opened the door as I went inside first and placed her on the bed with Jemma, Amethyst, and Bellatrix following behind me. "Are you going to stay with her?" Bella asked them. "Affimitive, I will let you all know if she wakes up." Jemma replied back.

Commander Aurora: "All right, we will leave the door halfway opened and we will check on you three every now and then in between."

Scarlett: "Okay, we will."

Then both Bella, Amethyst, and I left the room and looked at the rest of the group where I announced: "We need to give Sadie some space but we will check up on them to see how they're doing every now and then. All right? But until then, we need to give them that space that they need while we wait for the annoucment from Jemma that Sadie has woken up."

StormShadow: "Got it."

Abigail: "Don't have to tell me twice."

Commander Aurora: "Good to hear… and for right now, we need to get some shuteye ourselves, we've got another long day tomorrow and Summer should be able to return back to performing her duties on the same day, but we we will not know fully until tomorrow. But for now, let's settle down for the night and see what tomorrow throws at us."

Amethyst: "Affirmitive. Oh, and Aurora, make sure you also get some good sleep as well, Aurora. I can tell that you haven't really been sleeping well just by the bags underneath your eyes."

Commander Aurora: "Thank you for noting and poitning out just that, Amethyst. And I will try my best to do so but that depends on what goes down in my mind tonight."

Amethyst: "At least try."

Commander Aurora: "I will."

Some time later that night.

Jemma:

Date: July 21 - July 22, 2020.

By that point, I had fallen asleep in the chair I was sitting in while waiting for Sadie to wake up after her sudden blackout when we arrived back at the base to rest for the night. But I shot awake when I felt someone slightly touch my leg, but calmed down to see that it was Sadie with her hand stretched out as she hoarsely asked: "Jemma, is that you?"

Jemma: "Oh, thank god, you're awake, Sadie!"

Sadie: "Where am I? What happened earlier?"
