Date: June 1st, 2020.
Time: 8:00 A.M.

Another whole year had gradually passed by, and me, Amethyst, Sadie, Jemma, Abigail, and Bellatrix, were now sixteen years of age, Milly was now seventeen, and Summer, now twenty-five. But unlike Milly and Summer, our sixteen was not sweet, but rather bitter, somewhat cold and stale, as a virus had spread rabidly across the entire globe as if it were the Black Plague and we had to shelter inside of our homes because of it. It was enough to drive a person mad! Having to stay inside of our house and do nothing, but watch the world turn hellish and not socialize with your friends or even hang with them, let alone, even your own lovers. I hated every second of it and so did the rest of my family and so did my friends! I hated it! We hated it! Worse comes to worse, you had people spreading no nonsense bullshit everywhere they went when none of it is-

Aurora, I think you are getting a bit ahead of yourself and I think our friend here understands what you're talking about as they also went through the same experience as we did and may have had the same, angry thoughts as well. But that's all in the past now, we all have to look forward to a better tomorrow.

*Sighs* You're right. I am sorry for what you witnessed and heard just now-thinking about all of it just... angers me right to the core. But, anyways, let's continue on with the story, I am getting ahead of myself.

Perhaps I should just go somewhere, but too far from here. I thought, I grabbed a bandana and wrapped it around my face and went down the stairs. "Are you heading somewhere?" A voice asked me, I turned to see that it was my father's, who was talking with Jackson. "Y-Yes, Father, I am." I replied back.

Pony: "Just be careful out there and don't go too far."

Aurora: "I won't; I promise. I won't take long."

I then opened the door and left.

Amethyst:

"Rascal, hear me out when I say that I'm sorry that your freshman year has to go like this." I said to Rascal as we talked. "I was hoping you'd have a fresh start, but of course something bad happens and has to ruin everything for everybody."
"You're telling me." Rascal bitterly added. "None of us wanted this but here we are."

I couldn't blame him, he was right; none of us wanted any of this to happen, but yet here we were.
With the addition of a new year, my brothers had aged just like the rest of us; my oldest brother, Wilson, was now eighteen years of age and had graduated during that hellish year that we called 2020, whereas Rascal was now fourteen years of age and because of the virus, everything was different for us; school, society, everything.

"You think I wanted the last few months of my senior year to go the way it did?" Wilson bitterly asked us. "No." Rascal added in.
Since quarantine came, Wilson became very snappy about almost everything; he had frequent outbursts of anger, frequent arguments with our parents, and pretty much everything.
And as well with the addition of another year came to going to the next grade level; me, Aurora, Sadie, Jemma, Abigail, and Bellatrix would be in Grade Eleven -or, juniors- and Milly would be in Grade Twelve -a senior- and Rascal would be in Grade Nine -a freshman- which would all be online. And because of the virus, our back to school date was changed, we were supposed to go back on the 23rd of August that same year, but it was then pushed back when quarantine came into effect in February that same year.

My brothers and I looked at one another for a while until I broke the silence by saying: "Welp, I should probably go and do something for once."

"If you're going somewhere, make sure you wear a mask to protect yoursel-"
