Aurora:
The previous time the Forest Spirits Division had welcomed loners was when HawkTalon -then Hawk-, SageEyes -then Sage-, and HopeWhisper -then Hope- stumbled across my patrol back in the Southwest Forest-back then, SageEyes was expecting HawkTalon's pups and due to the fact that there was a threat in the forest, I had made the decision to take them into the Division, where during that first, vicious battle, She had given birth to Osprey, Brindle, Night, and Doe back at the Forest Spirits Division and by that point in time, they were all apprentices.
And then we welcomed three more loners, though this time they were part wolf crossed with another canine creature that also roamed the forest as well. But, we didn't know it at first until later on.
...
I was talking with Fox when MoonStone and HazelStripe had brought SilverHeart into the Den of the Healer's in which was still under construction and placed her onto the bedding of moss with Chief ArrowHeart with them. The poor she-wolf could barely stand up and walk towards the den by herself. "Have you come for your medication?" Fox asked with concern on his voice-Doe and NightStone were out collecting herbs for the already sick elder, leaving Fox by himself.
"Yes, and we're also going to need nettle, please." MoonStone ordered. "She can barely stand up unassisted without collapsing onto the ground."
"Right on it!" I replied, grabbing the medicine that Doe made for her along with the nettle. "Let me just check something real quick." Fox said.
He placed his paw on her side and began to move it back and forth-he repeated the same tactic on the other side. "Hang on a minute." Fox said.
"What's wrong?" I asked him. Fox then looked at me and then at the three he-wolves that stood before him and said: "Maybe we were wrong about the coughing fit. This is something completely different."
Chief ArrowHeart: "What is it?"
Fox: "SilverHeart isn't starving, nor dehydrated because I know that she ate rabbit from the food pile just yesterday and drank water not that long ago. But the raccoon is what's making her sick like this! It's the rabbit she ate that's making her sick like this! Aurora, pass me some tulsi leaves, quickly!"
Aurora: "Got it!"
I quickly gave him the tulsi leaves
"Here, SilverHeart, eat these tulsi leaves; it'll hopefully help you out with your food poisoning."
"Say, Aurora, do you have a moment?" Eagle asked me. "Yes, I do." I answered. "What is it?"
Eagle: "Bellatrix and her patrol are back with three other wolves and wishes to with you."
Aurora: "All right. I'll be right back, y'all, I gotta go deal with something very quickly."
MoonStone: "Go right ahead, we'll be in here."
I then turned around to follow Eagle as he led me to Bellatrix's patrol that consisted of, BlackFang, HawkTalon, CrimsonTail, CrowWing, and three unfamiliar faces; one was a skinny, blue-gray she-wolf with a black saddle, and blue eyes with two white spots around them; to her right was a young, solid blue-gray she-wolf with blue eyes; and next to her was white he-wolf -who looked more like a coyote than a wolf- with a black saddle and spots going around it, a black foot, white ears, and yellow eyes-both pups looked to be around four months of age -the same age as the rest of the pups in the nursery- and were both a bit afraid. "Who are these three?" I asked.
"This is Cinder and her pups: Berry and Strike; they came with us because they needed a place they could call home." Bellatrix explained.
BlackFang: "Despite the fact our Division isn't some place for refugees! Or strangers!"
Aurora: "Hush, BlackFang, we've done this before! Cinder, you and your pups come with me to the nursery."
Cinder: "O- okay, come one, you two."
The three of them followed me to the nursery. "Stay right here." I told them before rushing off again.
I went inside of the Den of the Healer's where Fox was still working. "Fox, do you have a moment?" I asked. The young bobcat turned to looked at me. "Sure, what it is, Aurora?" He asked.
"I need some stuff for bedding for the nursery." I replied. "Bellatrix's patrol brought another newcomer and this time she has pups."
"Already on it!" He said. As he worked, I went on to try and find either MoonStone or Chief ArrowHeart about the newcomers.
I manage to find MoonStone. "MoonStone, do you have a moment?" I asked. MoonStone turned to see me by the sound of my voice and walked up to me. "I have a moment." He replied. "Chief ArrowHeart is a bit busy helping his parents out, but I can help you out in the meantime. What is it?"
Aurora: "Come with me."
I led him to the nursery where Fox was helping Cinder, Berry, and Strike with settling in. "This is Cinder and her pups; Berry and Strike, they followed Bellatrix's patrol for safety. But all they need now is to be accepted by either the leader or joint leader."
MoonStone walked up to Cinder to talk to her. "Hello, Cinder. My name is MoonStone, the joint leader of the Forest Spirits Division and the second-in-command for Chief ArrowHeart. You and your pups are welcomed into our Division." MoonStone told her.
"Th-Thank you, MoonStone." Cinder replied. "I appreciate it."
"Thanks, mister!" Strike answered. "Yeah, thank you!" Berry added. Then the two laid right beside their mother. Strike looks more like a coyote than a wolf, unlike his mother and sister, who both look more like wolves. I thought to myself in silence as we both exited the nursery. But that would be a mystery for another time, as right now, we had a duty at hand and we could not abandon it no matter whatever stood in our way.
