Today was the day the day of Zachary's trial in court! A case that we would easily win as we had so much evidence to prove that he is guilty in all that he did during those months up until he was exposed what he had done to us and to everyone at the hospital during that time he was opposing as a doctor. And  oh, boy, karma was about to suck punch smack dab in the middle!

Time: 8:00 a.m.

"Are you ready to go?" Kyle asked as he got his shoes on, fixing his neck tie in-between. "I'm ready when you are." I replied.

Kyle: "Well, we might as well go ahead hit the road to get there."

Then we left the house, locked the door, went into my car and I began to drive us towards the courthouse.

Time: 8:10 a.m.

We pulled up in front of the courthouse where we saw my older brother, Phillip, my sister-in-law Sophia –Phillip's wife–; my nephews and neices, Junior, David, Andrew, Elizabeth, and Avery; my younger brother, Adam; my sister, Autumn; my brother-in-law, Cedric, Violet, Lavender, Warren, and Madelyn –Zachary's wife and Warren's mother– in front of the courthouse, waiting for the doors to open. My lawyer, Jocelyn, was also there as well. It's almost like the whole family is here when it isn't the whole family. I thought to myself.

"Summer, you made it!" Phillip said as we walked over towards the group. "Of course we made it. Why wouldn't we?" I replied.

Phillip Sr.: "Well, you have your reasons."

Summer: "Oh, do give me a break, Dr. Phil."

Adam: "Let's save the friendly, sibling arguing until after the court trial, okay?"

Summer: "All right, all right."

The Cromwell family then pulled up and came to us not long afterward and we later went inside of the building where the trial later took place.

Time: 8:30 a.m.

"All rise." Judge Thomas Brown said as the case began. We all got up as he went on to say: "Today we discuss the case of Brian Zachary Frederick Archdale versus the Smith Family. Brian Archdale has been charged with several cases of fraud, sexual assault, and attempted buyout of another one's business. You may all be seated."

We all sat down as the Judge went on to ask Jocelyn:

"Msr. Baldwin, do you mind explaining some of his crimes and the details to them?"

Jocelyn: "I do not mind, your honor."

Judge Thomas: "Mr. Archdale, do you mind at all?"

Zachary: "No, your honor."

Judge Thomas: "All right, go ahead."

Jocelyn: "Now to start things off, Mr. Archdale opposed as a doctor at the Felcity Oak Hospital and at the its local cancer center that isn't far from the location. He was one of Autumn Smith-Williams' doctors during one of her appointments back in June which led to her being hospitalized throughout the entire month and did not give her the proper anesthesia when she was about to undergo surgery to replace her stent, thus leading to him losing his job. He then went on to drive over to my client's house and demand that she lended over her family's cancer charity that was first established in November 2018 in honor of David Smith in honor of his 70th birthday. But of course, she rightfully declined as the charity was rightfully passed down to her when mother passed away back in February which is when he pulled out a Colt M1878 Double Action Revolver and pointed it right at her and then she pulled out a Browning BPS Field 12 Gauge Pump Action Shotgun at him until police arrived at the scene to arrest him but he tried to run away until he was tased and arrested from there."
