If there's one thing I'm terribly regretting right now is that I didn't buy the dress I saw at the mall,
"I have nothing to wear" I whined throwing a random skirt on the floor.
Theo and I agreed on leaving together to help Georgia with the last touch ups - but here I was in a tanktop and shorts,
Theo had no other choice than to watch my tantrum as I forced him to sit on a chair and rate my potential outfits earlier.
"Well they all look good to me" he said carefully
"That's not helping" I spat harshly
Yikes even I'm shocked by my behaviour, my period is probably starting soon.
"Sorry I didn't mean to snap at you" I said running a hand down my face
"It's okay" he said seeming more relaxed now
"How about this and this" Theo offered holding a black blouse and a black skirt in each of his hands,
But instead of taking the clothes I hugged him tight causing him to laugh lightly.
"Why are you so good to me" I asked the sound of my voice being muffled because of my face in the crook of his neck
"Because I love you" he said softly planting a kiss on my forehead to which I just hugged him tighter.
"But if we want to arrive at around 8pm you should get ready now" he said not moving an inch
"5 more minutes m'kay?"

Arriving at exactly 8pm we ringed the fancy doorbell.
"Wow this house is huge!" Theo stated as he took a look around
It was Mei who opened the door for us.
"Girl, don't freak out bu-"
"Heyyy!" Georgia greeted talking over Mei,
at first glance didn't understand why Mei didn't want me to freak out.
I let out a strangled laugh when I saw Georgia in the exact same dress she told me not to buy,
"So nice of you to come, you too Theo" she said being extra sweet as she flipped her beach waves back to which Theo just nods.
"Wow, I like the dress" I said stating the obvious as Theo and I and walked inside and closed the door behind us, I know I'm being petty right now but I couldn't help it.
"Yeah I know right, I wasn't so sure about it when you tried it on but I have to take back what I said about that dress, it looks so good like!" Georgia started rambling
"Yeah yeah cool" I said unimpressed "so, what needs to be done?" I asked looking around the already decorated foyer
"The living room, lock all the rooms upstairs and downstairs except for the bathrooms, blow the balloons, put out th-" Georgia listed when Mei suddenly broke her off
"Yeah yeah you continue what you're doing and I'll show them what to do" Mei said pushing Georgia towards the another direction,
"Oh okay sure but uhh Theo! Could you lend me a hand?"
I turned towards Theo to see him taking in the house not listening to a single thing we said
"Theo?" I asked smiling at his behaviour
"Hm? Erm yeah yeah I'll help"

"So what do your parents do for a living?" I asked as I followed Gina around
"They own businesses" she said nonchalant "hold this" she added pushing a empty box towards me
"That's cool" I said impressed.
