New year, new me. No scratch that I'm not even gonna try to go through any New Year's resolution, I mean who even sticks to them?

Whatever, I was waiting in front of Gates for Theo and Will to arrive,
they landed round about 10 minutes ago so they should be here soon.

I was constantly checking my phone to see if Theo had texted me but there was nothing, I don't even know why I'm so nervous.

We had been separated for 9 days and it's not like we were on good terms before he left,

Startled by someone hugging me from behind I almost shrieked until I noticed it was Will who came running towards me and almost made us fall.

"It's been ages since I saw you!" I said hugging him tightly
"Look!" He said before showing me a gap between his teeth

"Oh my gosh!" I said out loud

"Yeah he has been showing it everyone on the plane too" Theo said as he appeared behind Will.

There it was again, this pummelling feeling whenever he smiled like that,

"Hey" I breathed out
"Hey"

For a while we just stared at each other until I heard a the sound of a camera going off.

It was Will who took a picture of us

"His Christmas present" Theo explained briefly
"And Will, how many times do I have to tell you that you need permission to take pictures of people!"
Theo said scolding him

"Sorry about that" Theo said sheepishly
"No it's okay" I said chuckling

"Do you need help? I can carry your bag" I offered but Theo quickly declined "Thank you but no thanks"

I rolled my eyes at him "c'mon let's go"

Back in the parking garage I made sure that Will was sitting and stayed in his seat while Theo loaded their luggage in the back of the car.

I closed the door at the same time Theo closed the trunk, and now here we were again standing in front of each other.

I cleared my throat and tried to walk past him when he suddenly grabbed me by my waist,
"You good?" He asked worry flashing through his eyes
"Ahem y-Yeah" I said feeling nervous under his piercing gaze

"Then why are you acting so weird?" He asked lowering his tone as he gently took my chin so I would look at him

"I'm not acting weird" I said almost whispering as he leaned closer towards my face.

His eyes that resemble the green forest mixed together with the blue of the deep sea, his long lashes that curled slightly at the end. His pupils were dilated as his gaze moved from my eyes down to my lips, his cheeks had a faint blush on them - reminding me of the grumpy kid I used to share my lunch with.

He suddenly pulled me closer towards him causing me to gasp quietly as one hand was resting on my waist, and I felt my heart beating erratically at our close proximity.

No words being said, Theo places his lips on mine, giving me a peck as he's holding my chin in his hand.

He pulled away to make eye contact, making sure I was okay with what he was doing, he took it as a yes when I was the one to lean in to kiss him this time, placing my hands behind his neck and running my fingers through his hair.

If starts off slow and romantic, one of his hands rubs my lower back soothingly and I sigh into his mouth. This time it's needy and heavy.

His tongue runs across my bottom lip and I instinctively part my mouth for him, his tongue meets mine as he pushes his lips harder against mine. The moan I let out swallowed by him, the hand rubbing my back meets the side my neck and his thumb my jaw while his other hand went down to grab a handful of my ass.

My own hands move down to grip his shirt on the sides of his torso and pull his lower half into me more, he lets a low groan and sucks my tongue erotically.

I'm not really sure what got into him but I'm definitely not complaining.

"Are we going home now or not?" Will suddenly asked causing us to break our... kiss...

I started laughing and hid my face in Theo's chest,
"Yes we're going home now bud" Theo said trying to keep his laugh in.

"You're wearing it" Theo noticed
"Huh? Oh, yes of course I'm wearing it" I said smiling to myself,
I glanced from the road to the passenger seat were Theo was sitting.

"Stop looking at me like that" I said feeling shy all of a sudden,

how tables have turned

"Like what?" He asked his smile growing

"Just stop it" I said concentrating on the road trying to hide my smile

"I'm just thinking" he said shrugging

"Of what?" I asked glancing at him

"Of many things" he said lowly as his eyes wandered from my face down to my body

"What?" I asked
"What?" He responds quickly

"Moving on, what your plans for the next days?" He asked

"Not so sure, my parents wanted to maybe go on a short trip with me and my brother" I said thinking about our last conversation

"Jackson" Theo mumbled "How has he been?"

"Good I guess, he works in IT now and recently got a promotion so yeah, living his best life"

"That's good. I haven't seen him in decades" Theo said reminiscing

"True but it's not like he visits us regularly, he has always been a workaholic"

"So that means you'll be busy until school starts?" He asks and I snort

"What's so funny?" Theo asks raising a brow

"Nothing... but uhh I don't know yet. Why? You had something-"

"How long until I have you to myself" he asked cutting me off

"What?"

"You heard me" he said, now somebody tell me where this attitude was coming from. I was trying so hard to hold my laugh in.

"Theo are you okay?" I asked after taking a deep breath

"I just missed you okay?" He said turning his body towards the window

"Awww I missed you too" I said babying him to which he just rolled his eyes

"I'll see what I can do yeah?" I said after he didn't respond for a while

Parking the car in front of his home, I helped him unload all their luggage - which wasn't much by the way, I would've needed at least two suitcases in a size M/L.

"Soo I'll see around then?" Theo asked holding the bag in his hand and the suitcase in his other hand meanwhile Will was already running inside.

"Yeah sure" I said smiling at him, he was hesitant as if there's something that's keeping him from talking.

"Anything else you wanna say?" I ask, to which his head quickly shoots up

"No..." he said with a blank face

"Okayyy" I dragged out "see you around then" I said as I hopped into my car.
