Now that all the mandatory tests were taken, there were only three things left to do.

1. Your results deciding if you will actually graduate with a high school diploma
2.  Graduation Day
3. Prom Night

Was I nervous?

Fucking yes!

All these years I thought I had the perfect plan for my life after high school, but I'm starting to doubt the ideas I had in mind.

I would much rather do nothing and sleep for eternity.
Instead I applied to a few colleges around each application being a different major,

Funnily I had no plan in mind. Whatever comes, comes. And whatever happens, happens.

"What about this one?" My asked holding a sparkly purple dress up,

I ditched the girls to go dress shopping with my mom, her being a more positive companion for shopping than the others.

"Mom it's not the 2000s anymore" I say holding my laugh back

"What are you talking about this dress is so pretty" she says holding the dress up,
not listening to my mothers rant about similar dresses my attention went to a golden coloured mermaid dress.

I walked towards the mannequin in awe,
"Mom I need to try this on" I tell her as she walks over to me
"Sure" she says calling for an employee.

"Good Lord!" My mom said gasping loudly "You look gorgeous hun!" She adds excitement evident in her voice

"Thanks" I say feeling shy.

I step out of the dressing room to admire the dress in the full body mirror,

"I think I'm gonna take it" I say out loud,
I turn to my side to take a look at the see through back of the corset top.

"Wait how much is it?" I ask myself loudly looking for a price tag.

"399!" I whisper shouted
"It's no big deal hun, if you like it I'll buy it for you" my mom said coming to stand next to me,

"I cant believe how fast time flies. It's like you just went to elementary school yesterday and now you're so big" she adds caressing my face gently and I smile sadly

"And I'm sure Theo's gonna like it too, you gotta thank your grandma for those" my said winking at me

"Oh my- mom!" I squeal embarrassed when I realised she was talking about my boobs.

"It's nothing to be embarrassed about" she said shrugging

"Not cool mom" I say walking back into the dressing room to change.

We bought the dress and went into a few other shops to look for shoes and accessories and got a few groceries on the way back home.

My mom and I were driving back home, the windows down and some low music in the background,

I had a few unread messages and ignored them all except the one Theo send me.
I opened not knowing what to expect and snorted when I read through the first few messages.

Have you ever noticed how much dog shit just lies around the floor? Almost stepped into it

Forgot to buy eggs, guess I'm gonna make cookies without em'
