I answered the call in a heartbeat.

"Heyy" Imani greeted, I used the lamp on my desk to hold my phone
"What's up?" I greeted casually
"Not much, Are you busy?" Imani asked and I glanced at my math homework

"Uh no, not really"
"Okay cool cuz I need your opinion on something"
"Yeah sure go ahead-" Wait a minute
"What are you doing?" I asked her
"Me? Well I'm just doing some Pilates"
"You know you could've called me after you're done" I sad laughing a little
"Yeah I know but I can't get this off my mind"
I leaned into my chair "alright, I'm all ears"

Or so I thought.

"So you know my friend Bri right? Brianna, and she and her boyfriend are kind of fighting right now-"

Who would've thought that seeing Imani in spandex shorts and sports bra would have such an effect on me. The more I took notice of her appearance the more her voice started to fade out.
She was doing some sort of leg lift on the side and I've always had a thing for her toned legs,
she was sweating a little bit making her look even more attractive. She then changed her position and that's when I completely lost it.

The way she arched her back gave me a perfect view of her curves and-

"Theo? Are you even listening to me"

I jolted from my thoughts and had to clear my throat, I was feeling all hot of a sudden.

"Erm y-yeah of course"
"Yes, so her boyfriend deadass told Bri that she's hot?! Like what kind of boyfriend would say that"
"Mhm" I answered not fully understanding what was going on, and not only that but my sweats were suffocating me.

I constantly had to readjust myself until I looked down and realised why,

What the-?!

"Exactly! That's exactly how I reacted when she told me" Imani said referring to my wide eyes
"So you agree that her boyfriend shouldn't have said that right?"
"Uh y-yes!"
"Phew I feel so much lighter now"

Why isn't it going down?!

"So Theo, what have you been up to?"
"O-Oh nothing well besides meeting my mom"
"Wait... your mom mom?!"
"Yeah" I chuckled
"Theo that's amazing!"
"Yeah it still feels somewhat surreal but anyways I want you to meet her"
"I-I mean if you want to" I added
"Of course I would like to"

It eventually decided to go down after I continued and finished my homework.

Since my mom would like to meet my friends I decided that it would be nice if Mrs Jovita could meet her too. So before it got too late I decided to drop by Mrs Jovita and personally invite her to dinner tomorrow.

I texted my mom how many people were coming over, at first I thought she was going to be upset that it was going to be more people than just Ezra but instead she spammed me with a bunch of happy emojis saying how happy she is.
Because my mom does not only like to bake but to cook too, saying it had been an eternity since the last the she cooked for so many people.

The next morning was like always
-Get up
-Get ready
-Little breakfast
-Go to school

And at school Ezra was already waiting for me like usual. We dabbed each other up and went first to Ezras locker and then mine.

"Uh Ezra"
"Yurr" He said throwing a bunch of books into his locker
"You got something on your neck"
"Huh? Where?"
"Is that... is that lipstick?" I asked looking at the pinkish glittering spot right under his jaw,

he quickly used the back of his hand to wipe it away

"What's her name?" I asked with a grin
"It's nothing serious"
"It never is huh?" I said with a smug grin as I crossed my arms over my chest
"Just because might fall to your knees the moment Imani comes up doesn't mean I have to" he said chuckling
"What's that supposed to-"
"Heyy" Imani greeted us

"Speak of the devil"

Ezra whispered but I heard him.
"Hey" I greeted leaning down to give her a peck on the lips but instead she placed both her hands on my shoulders and turned it into a full blown make out session.
I had to hold Imani by her waist and broke the kiss
"Everything okay?" I asked slightly concerned because
One: I'm not a fan of pda
And two: She never acted like this before

"Yeah!" She eagerly said before trying to kiss me again
"W-wait are you sure?"
"Yeah I just missed you"
I took a glance at Ezra who was visibly holding his laugh in

"Uhm okay I missed you too?"
She played with the hem of my hoodie
"Let's go somewhere more quiet" she whispered into my ear and to say I was surprised was an understatement

"Uhm how about I go get my books and you go your class while I go mine yeah?"
"But whyyy" Imani whined
"Uhh-"
"Look Imani, class starts in less then 10 minutes, just a few hours until lunch time and you have Theo all to yourself hm?" Ezra said stepping in
"Okay" she sighed and gave me one last kiss before she strutted away.

I watched her small body frame disappear into the crowd,
until I heard Ezra laugh his ass off.
I gave him the side eye

"Pure cinema" He said wiping his fake tears away
"Ha ha so funny" I said walking past him
"Theo wait!"
"What?!" I turned around
"You uhh you have there something" he said pointing at my lips.
I forgot that Imani likes to wear lipgloss, but instead of my hand I used a tissue paper to wipe the gloss away.

"Ahh somebody was prepared"
"Shut up Ezra"

I was sitting in AP calculus, 2 minutes until lunch time and I was dreading towards it.
I don't know what was going on with Imani but something here wasn't right.

Our teacher ended the class on time and I immediately rushed outside.
Not looking where I was going I ran into someone
"Shit sorry I-"
It was Mei who I ran into
"Oh Theo! No it's okay, but if you're looking for I-"
"No!" I almost yelled
"I mean, what is going on with Imani?" I asked constantly on lookout for Imani

"So she did it" Mei said shaking her head
"Did what?"
"This Morning we were all together and Ashley kept nagging about how Imani never took any risks and to prove her wrong she took some pill Ashley found from her parents..."

Why would Imani do that?

"What kind of pill?" I asked growing concerned
